[Request] Games where PvP means fighting other players' AI-controlled teams. Posted: 25 Jan 2021 08:22 AM PST I'm looking for games where PvP consists of fighting against someone's AI-controlled team. Like the way Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes handles it.* "Active" PvP stresses me out on mobile, because I never know when I might be interrupted. I'm also looking for stuff that's on the newer side. It kinda sucks getting into a game that people have been playing for a long time and you know you're never going to catch up. [link] [comments]
[Request] Caring-for-newborn friendly games Posted: 25 Jan 2021 08:49 AM PST I'm looking for a game that's friendly for having a newborn around the house. I need something that is entirely turn based, that I can put down immediately with no penalty. It also needs to be easily playable one-handed, so I can play with one hand while feeding or holding her with the other. Idle games don't really fit the bill, they have mechanics that draw me to pay attention when I shouldn't. Resource gathering that pauses if you don't redeploy the worker or whatever resource also won't work well for me right now. Gacha is fine, as long as I can enjoy the game with fairly minimal investment. I'll usually buy the monthly pack if it exists in the game to help support devs. Premium is fine too - even preferred - as long as there's a good demo to try before I buy the full game. Some that have worked well include: Ticket to Ride, Splendor, San Juan The problem is, I own all those as physical board games, too. So preferably something that isn't a board game. I'm sure I'm missing something. (Thread remade since I didn't follow the proper thread-naming conventions at first.) [link] [comments]
[REQ] Can't remember the game. Posted: 25 Jan 2021 03:01 AM PST There was a game where I was some kind of building inspector with video cameras all around the building and I had to keep an eye on the residents. The graphics were 2d, with humans as black silhouette, and the overall colour was sepia type Any ideas? [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Jan 2021 12:08 PM PST There used to be a somewhat 2d game with dragon in the title and it had a centaur that shot sort of plunger looking arrows. If anyone can tell me more it would be much appreciated. Not sure if it was ever on android. [link] [comments]
[REQ] I can't seem to remember the name of this game please help! Posted: 25 Jan 2021 08:00 AM PST There was a RTS android game that had a pixelated 3d look to it. What was so amazing about the game is that you could like build custom skins for any of your characters and you could also upload/share skins and find skins that others made and use them. It is kinda blocky ish looking similar to minecraft but not at all like minecraft any help would be amazing and appreciated please help me!!! [link] [comments]
Game similar to risk, very simple graphics, lots of maps Posted: 25 Jan 2021 09:00 AM PST I used to play a risk-clone game that was very, very simple in its graphics, but almost endless in its map types. i remember there were maps like a castle, a garden, GoT regions, and so on. I can't remember now if it was free or a very cheap one-off payment. definitely weren't any IAPs. Any idea what the name might've been? [link] [comments]
Posted: 25 Jan 2021 09:31 AM PST Guys, I'm considering getting a TV Box to use as console and play in the big screen. But I've tried out the PrimeOS in my i5-old ass generation notebook and it was so smooth in games, even with the integrated GPU. So, considering that, what would be more of a console-like experience to get a MiniPC (i3 or better) and install Android or get a powerful TV Box, like Beelink GT King or Mecool KM6 Deluxe (NVIDIA Shield out of question, can't find it in my country for a reasonable price). Posted: 25 Jan 2021 11:40 AM PST I used to play it long time ago (I would say 4 years ago). That game was based in ww2 and tanks. And it had some characteristics as: 1) The grafics were 3d but you always had a lateral vision of your tank 2) The game wasn't an online shooter, but rather an arcade like game, where you started from a cheap, free tank and giving money you could upgrade 3) The upgrade system was peculiar, by upgrading everything at top level, you already were ready pass to the next level tank 4) I said it was ww2 based, and it is because there were tanks from USSR, USA amd Reich, I remember the most expensive tank was the Maus (from Reich) 5) When you finished 15 levels and upgrade to max, you could play in another "modes", there was a tank mode, an artillery mode and an antitank mode If you find out that the game isn't aviable anymore, at least say the name [link] [comments]
I am searching for an antique android-game of ca. 2013 and I need your help! Posted: 25 Jan 2021 04:31 AM PST EDIT: NVM found it: SpaceDog Hey guys, me and my friends used to play this game a lot but we forgot the name and google couldnt help us with the keywoards "Dog + Soda Jetpack". The game was about a dog who had a soda jetpack (capt. obvious). You had to shake him and the goal was to fly as far as possible. You were able to buy upgrades like a skateboard for the dog to roll after he hit the ground to gain more length. I assume this was 6-8 years ago. THANKS! [link] [comments]

[Request] Any free good online game for me and my GF that aren't P2W? Posted: 24 Jan 2021 06:38 PM PST We love to play online games together. We're currently playing Frostborn, which is really good! We played CODM, Free Fire, Among us. Can be FPS/TPS, RPG, Survival, etc. And if it has P2W but it's fun and playable for a f2p well.. Still counts :D So any online game we can play and see each other is okay! Coop are a plus, and android-pc crossplay is a plusplus (thinking about Albion Online but not sure about it) Edit: Personally, I'm looking for a game like frostborn. A game where we progress, build ourselves, explore, loot, with or without bosses/dungeons. [link] [comments]
[Game Review] Hexicon - Words w/ Friends but Better Posted: 24 Jan 2021 04:14 PM PST Hexicon is a turn based word game with a strategic element in the form of a hexagonal grid. Players play words that earn them tiles on the board. Points are earned when a hexagon of tiles is formed. The player with the majority control of that hexagon earns a point. The board is then updated with new tiles. The goal of the game is to reach 16 points. The game is easy to learn but has a good skill ceiling which means improving and finding better strategies is a blast. The strategy involved in placing words is reminiscent of words with friends however Hexicon keeps the game much more fresh and dynamic by updating the board. The strategic possibilities are much more nuanced and the gridlock that often occurs in board based word games is not present in Hexicon. The game's only monetization is for coins which can be used to purchase cosmetic items such as avatars and board themes. There are no obtrusive ads or popups. The game is completely free to play and has no powerups or anything of that sort.
