| [Request] looking for a new f2p game Posted: 15 Sep 2020 08:07 AM PDT I'm not sure what type I want, but so far 1) no fps or mmorpg games 2) has to be f2p 3) a game I can open and close anytime, yet I can spend hours on. I've tried afk arena. It's kinda close to what I want but without paying, you cant really progress. Pokemon go is great but I cant go outside much(and there are no gyms or pokestops at all in my area). I already play among us. The sims games arent fun to me. Nor are sports games. Actually, maybe something like diablo 3 would be nice ( I've played dungeon hunter 4 and 5 so any other options?) Doesnt matter if game is online or offline. [link] [comments] | ||

| Can no longer see when an app was last updated on the Play Store? Posted: 15 Sep 2020 09:59 AM PDT Forgive me if this has been asked. But I am looking everywhere for an answer to this and have been unsuccessful so far. Did google play get rid of the ability to see when an app was last updated? It used to be in this section you could see when an app had gotten it's most recent update, but I no longer see it. It was a pretty unique puzzle game in which you used a light source to kill all the creatures on the screen... It had an interesting light/shadow mechanic and I completed the game years ago on my iPod touch. Was thinking I could replay it but it's not available for Android... Ive posted before and got some good stuff, but its been a while since then. Im looking for: Strategy over microtransactions. I dont mind gatcha, but i want to feel like i can play and compete without spending, even if im not making top ranks. I dont mind being limited in options unless i spend, and thats what will get my money assuming everything else is good. PvP is a must. And not the sort of PvP thats really me vs an AI opponent running someone elses team. Turn based is great, but not essential. I also like simulation games to some extent, like kingdom builders, but it has to have some sort of point to it other than just building. Just tried state of survival, but that didnt really catch me. A few games that caught my eye, but didnt make the cut: Lord of Heroes, Anima, Kingdom of Heroes, Granblue, Dx2, Another Edin, Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia(this was probably the best so far), Tales of Crestoria, Pokemon Cafe. The thing is I'm not comfortable with games on landscape format so I'm looking for this type of games but on portrait. The perfect game of this kind for me was Out There Chronicles ( rip Episode 3 ) so I'm looking for something like that, ideally with choices and limited gameplay. Something like Danganronpa, Phoenix Wright or the Telltale games would be perfect if they were on portrait and the Layton/Sorcery games for example are too focused on gameplay I don't even know if something like that exists and I don't care about pricing or if it's an online/offline game Thank you for your help ! Lately I really loved stardew valley, terraria and don't starve. I Know these are ports from PC but I wouldn't have played these on PC when I had one cuz there was so many other things to play. I also like crashlands and the story behind it, final fantasy tactics.. I've heard from some others like apparently among us is really good for co-op play and Sky is a very good solo chill experience. What's like your top 10 of all time for exemple ? Thanks! Posted: 14 Sep 2020 03:00 PM PDT I'm learning to make mobile games and I may try to combine landscape and portrait mode in different parts of the game. Would that be ok for you? What is your personal opinion on holding the phone? Good or bad experiences? Every answer is a big help for me! :) Edit: In my game i have 3 different playable modes. 2 of them are in portrait mode. I decided to make all 3 in portrait mode with optional landscape mode to not force the player to spin their phones, but giving the possibility to have a bigger fov! Thank you all for your answers!
