[Help] Wanting to theme modern Android to look like Android 2.3, or 4.x, or something not just flat material

For launchers, Apex Launcher Classic is kinda good enough, but I would love something that looks like the Android 2.3 launcher with the dark gradient dock. Sense 4/5 dock is also a good look, since it's basically the same style as 2.3 but improved. However I can't find something like either of these that properly works on my device.

Also interested in a substratum (or other) theme that makes Android look older, preferably 4.x styled, but 2.3 is good too. I would also be willing to try out some different themes that aren't flat if the 4.x or 2.3 look is too hard to find.

I can use either Android 7.1.2, 8.1.0, or 9.0 for theming purposes, however I would prefer 8.1.0 since that's what I'm currently using.

Also interested in any apps and widgets that I can replace the stock ones with that will better fit with the new theme.

Please help me with this, I would really appreciate it.
