I just updated to One UI 3.0 and there are several things I don't like about it and I hope you could help me with it. First, when your screen is locked, there is a big lock on top. I want to get rid of it. Is that possible? Second, my dark screen lights up with certain notifications on top in a little bubble. I don't want that to happen. Can I turn that off? And thirdly, first Spotify was embedded in the music player, just plain letters and play and next song. Now there is a big Spotify player in the middle of the screen. Can I turn that back? It's there like 7 times in a row since I set Samsung Messages as default today at 8am again. It's only 10am now. I do not think that I sent this message ever. It says "My license came". In January 2020 the same "My license came" message sent to one of my coworkers that I have texted since 2017 probably. Nobody else got this message except these two contacts. I have wanted to use Samsung Messages since I got the phone in Dec. 2019 because I think it looks better than Verizon Message+ or Messages by Google. I like the features it has also. There is a text conversation from my ex boyfriend in here that I cannot delete too. It's the same message 9 times from Dec. 2019. He did send this message to me, but not 9 times. | Posted: 09 Feb 2021 06:40 AM PST I own a SM-T560 and installed Viper OS so I could get some extra life for my tablet. I did it a few months ago and it worked wonders, allowing me to update to android 7.1.2. Unfortunately the SD card I used on it got corrupted and it bugged the system. Now, even though the tablet recognizes the new SD card I got it can't use and keeps showing a message saying there's no free memory. I also tried to free some of the internal memory but it kept showing the no free space message. As a last resort I ended up doing a factory reset but the problem persisted. Can anyone help with this? | Problem with Gesture to activate volume dialog Posted: 09 Feb 2021 06:30 AM PST hi guys, may i know is there any ways to enable gesture to activate volume dialog, like to increase or decrease volume just to avoid using the volume button as i believe it may spoil the button one day if keep on clicking on it. on my previous phone, i can use 3rd party app (Fluid Navigation Gestures, FNG) to long hold the back gesture on right or left to activate volume dialog. but on 8T, after i have installed FNG but it just didnt work (probably i guess its due to the oneplus gesture restriction, idk). please enlighten me on this issue thanks. I'm not sure if this is the right sub for this question or if there even is any way to do what I wan in the first place. Basically what I'm trying to do is figure out a way to make my notifications be able to fit more text in them. For example, when I get a DM on Instagram, the notification cuts off mid-sentence like "Person: Hey! I was wondering if you wanted to h....". Is there anything I can do to make it so that I can read the entire message through the notification without having to open the actual DM and reply to it right as I do that? | Issues with NikGapps (Redmi Note 7) Posted: 09 Feb 2021 09:23 AM PST I want to switch from Pixel Experience to CrDroid, but I'd still like to use Google Dialer, Photos, Messages, Contacts, etc. as the default apps. The problem is that when I flash CrDroid 7.2 and NikGapps Full (customised via nikgapps.config), it says that the installation went without any problems, but when I reboot the device, it shows the Redmi logo for a while, reboots, shows Redmi logo again, and reboots to recovery. | Anyone know how to replace the galaxy note 20 stylus cheaply? Posted: 09 Feb 2021 08:56 AM PST Was deleted on every other android redit so hopefully it won't be here because it would really be useful to know if this is possible. So I got my Galaxy for Christmas and a month after getting it I lost my stylist. So I went to Amazon and ordered the one one with the most positive reviews and unfortunately the most expensive. When I got here I was surprised the stylus was made by Samsung and not a knockoff brand. And about a week after getting my second one the pen clicker part on Top fell off while I was taking the stylus out. The stylus got stuck in my phone forcing me to remove it with a blackhead remover. The pen clicker is most likely lost somewhere in my cat 🙄 so trying to fix it was never really an opinion.... And now i have to remove it with the blackhead remover every time i want to use it since apparently they have to charge inside the phone. I did some research and apparently these stylus break often since they're made out of cheap plastic and are handled and played with a lot... I've heard of these phone part websites where they sell new parts single or bulk that manufacturers like Apple and Samsung use on their phones only cheaper because it doesn't have the brand name or special packaging and the parts are shipped straight from the Wearhouse. i'm not even sure these sites actualy exist but i've heard of them so thought I'd ask... but if they're not is there anything I could do or anywhere i can order from so I won't have to keep spending $40 every time i need a good compatible stylus? Because i feel'like it's inevitable they're going to break with normal use since it even broke when i was taking it out. Or even better is there a way i can get a few in bulk? Also ik they have much cheaper ones on Amazon but people claim those don't connect to your phone. any advice? [link] [comments] |

The screen of the phone mysteriously broke, so even though the phone works, I can't aee anything at all. I want to access the memory of the phone, but I can't unlock it.
