| Chromecast with Google TV can't disconnect casting device Posted: 06 Nov 2020 08:02 AM PST I'm having an issue where if I cast a webpage and play a video on it, then press the Home button, the video stops but the audio keeps playing.
I can find no way to return to the video or to stop the audio except opening an app.
Obviously I can disconnect using the cast device, but I'm miffed that there is no UI option to disconnect. Or that simply pressing the Home button doesn't disconnect audio like it does video.
Does anyone know of any workaround for what Google support has described to me as a "feature"? [link] [comments] | ||

With gboard enabled a connected bluetooth keyboard does not have the correct language, it is stuck on english so wrong letters. using the inbuilt t-ime keyboard works with bluetooth. | MiBox never actually shuts down Posted: 05 Nov 2020 01:21 PM PST When I press power to power off my device it always goes in standby mode. When I hold power, release and press again it also only goes in standby mode. All options in HDMI CEC are enabled. The problem is, when in standby mode for too long and after relaunch, videos don't display correctly and are too zoomed in which forces me to do a manual restart. Sometimes videos are also laggy after being in standby for too long and require a forced restart. Maybe I'm just assuming it's going into standby mode because it returns to the same previous screen?
