- I have a Samsung J4+, I downloaded a game that isn't available anymore through the play store but visible through my library, learned that the games' servers are permanently down and deleted it. But there are 1GB storage space being taken and I don't know where to find it and remove it.

| Posted: 03 Jul 2020 04:26 PM PDT I accidentally left my unlocked Google Pixel 2 on a plane. I had service through Mint mobile and have notified the company. My question is this: is there any way to report the phone as stolen using the IMEI so whoever has it can't just replace the SIM card and use it? I do not have 2 Google accounts added (I might have in the past, just don't remember). Even checked the Parallel apps but I guess Google apps cannot be cloned. | Phone slower than when i bought it Posted: 03 Jul 2020 03:52 PM PDT So the problem i been having with my Samsung a7 2018, is that when i bought it on release it had android 8.0 and was very good performance wise, temperature and battery. As time passed i saw its performance getting lower and lower, first with android 9.0 and now with android 10, not only that but it used to not even get hot now it does and gets rly hot. Battery is still a beast and can last for very long time Apps takes longer to open (not much tho), system feels kinda slow overall when opening anything... and specially on games, thats where i see huge diference because it used to be smooth, no heat, but now even tho i can have 60 fps same games i used to play, it keeps going down to like 30-45 pretty often and i feel lots of mini stutters, while also getting pretty hot (tested in about 12 games, all of those i had a loss in performance). What i already did 2 days ago was factory reseting my phone, which didnt improve performance even a lil bit Please guys i need some help Obs: phone was bought in november 2018 [link] [comments] |

I would purchase however for example, the app has features still in alpha which is unacceptable for a paid app (i.e. taking over control of the hardware buttons may or may not work). | Disabled Apps updating and other things Posted: 03 Jul 2020 05:11 PM PDT I have a Samsung Galaxy a10e with Sprint's subsidiary Assurance Wireless (though it's not currently activated) and I'm having some troubling issues. First: I've disabled Google Chrome and YouTube under App Settings; but they come back occasionally. When I view the App Info; it says it was installed by Google Play Store. Google Play Store is set to never automatically update apps. Second: From prior experience with Assurance Wireless; they tend to add malicious content to the OS. So I'm been checking the system apps for anything that looks suspicious and I've found that "Settings and SmartThings" have two listings. None of them can be disabled; but I'm wondering if this is potentially harmful content. Generally the malicious content tends to be full screen ads or random websites that get opened; but it's occasionally installed apps as well. On the previous phone (which is still in service); 19 websites were opened in my browser. I disabled WiFi and Mobile Data; so I believe it's either a system app or some sort of backdoor implementation. tl;dr Phone is randomly updating apps that I've disabled and there's duplicate system apps. | Difficulty in charging the phone. Posted: 03 Jul 2020 02:49 PM PDT My phone's Samsung galaxy A30, OS: Android10 Couple of days back, I connected my phone to the laptop by USB cable (original charging USB). Since then I've been encountering this unusual problem. Whenever I connect the charging cable to the phone's socket, it does not charge, instead I get an option of USB settings in the drop down notification, similar to one when you connect the phone to a PC. From there I need to change the USB controlled by setting "connected device" to "this phone" in order to charge the phone. This is happening every single time I connect the charger. It's also problematic cause when the phone runs out of battery and gets switched off, all I can do is hope that it charges by itself cause I can't select "this phone" while the phone is switched off. | Unlocking phone causes browser to launch Posted: 03 Jul 2020 02:45 PM PDT About 2 days ago my phone (SM-G965U - Galaxy S9+) started launching the Chrome browser every few hours when unlocked. Chrome just showed a blank page, so I figured maybe it was some bug. I disabled Chrome to prevent it from launching. A few hours later when I unlocked it, Samsung's browser instead launched and I was greeted with an ad to download Nite Browser from some 3rd party site? Obviously I didn't download it and closed it out. Re enabled Chrome since that was at least launching without an actual ad being able to get in there. I googled first and read threads from ages ago suggesting to look for a blank app, but I found no such thing, nor did I see any duplicates. Yes, I searched ALL apps. Checked device admins and only Google Pay and SABS are enabled. The only things I have from outside of Google's Play store are Good Lock from Samsung's Galaxy Store so I could stick the clock back on the right side and I have SABS still installed for ad blocking, though I could probably uninstall that at this point. From Google, I don't really download anything aside from service apps for banking, shopping, streaming services like Netflix, and and apps for gaming such as Xbox and Steam. Looked at what updated recently, and it was like Amazon, Walmart, Reddit, and Youtube. I typically avoid downloading apps. Ran Avast, Malwarebytes, and Lookout, none of them found anything. When I play a song in Spotify and switch to YouTube or something else audio related I get no sound. It looks like a toolbar from a browser or something, superimposed very faintly over the screen the whole time. I think it's only started with a recent update. | Posted: 03 Jul 2020 12:07 PM PDT Hi, so i have an issue. I have weird lines on my phone (here link to a gimp drawing of it because i cant take a picture of it). It isnt cracked and these lines only show when the screen turns on. (sorry for being drawn on gimp, my screen capture cannot find these lines, also its much smaller but is very much in the way) I have recently went through a massive change in humidity, and these lines were made yesterday randomly and are expanding. I have seen them before this but they went away quickly. Also its expanding whenever the screen is on. Restarting the phone or changing wallpaper doesnt fix it Its a nexus 5x Also i would post this on discord and join it but discord broke on me so i cant use it. [link] [comments] |

And the Happy Plugs sensitivity thing button, when pressed to pause and unpause, will always default back to the audiobooks one. Every. Single. Time. So everytime I wanna pause, I have to go back into the phone to click play again on my music or podcasts. Am I the only one in the world having this problem, or do I just not know how to word this question properly? Note: This didn't use to be an issue, so I'd assume there is a fix to this.
