Dead cells is the first game I'm nearly 100% satisfied with on a smartphone

Touch controls need a bit of polishing, but this is a landmark moment in phone games for me.

It's reasonably priced, no incessant ads wasting time and bandwidth, no microtransactions to bleed people dry, and so on.

It's just a superb port of an incredible game. Zero feelings of a money grab and the developers are just showing respect to their product with the care they've taken in portng it.

I wish this was the industry standard rather than trying to milk people out of hundreds or thousands of dollars with digital shit intentionally designed to be shallow and addictive.

From here on out, this team has my attention for any dlc, sequels, or unrelated games.

I can count the developers I fully support on one hand and these guys are joining the list

Everything about new free-to-play RPGs is simple until I reach these screens... Gettin' too complicated for old farts like me who are used to linear titles. Buttons and menus galore!

What's with all the game ads that have nothing to with the actual games?

    Posted: 06 Jun 2020 10:42 AM PDT

I've seen this more and more, both as ads in other games, or in social media.

Usually it's something similar to a puzzle game, where you have to save the sheep/fish etc, and they always have this in common:

    1. Frustrating bad decisions being made in the video
    2. The ad has nothing to do with the game, which is usually a bejeweled-like game.

The rise in ads like this makes me think that they work, but:

    1. Isn't that false advertising?
    2. How the fuck does that work??

Bullet League :Battle Royale I just wanna say ty to the one who recommended this game here in reddit

    Posted: 06 Jun 2020 11:27 AM PDT

How many or what kind of "this game is a cash grab and unfair" reviews cause you to not even try a new mobile game?

    Posted: 06 Jun 2020 11:02 AM PDT

This question comes after being recommended "Guns of Boom" which was actually called God's of Boom(?). There are a couple of reviews that explained why they thought those who spent money on the game had an advantage, and I believed them.

    Posted: 06 Jun 2020 07:46 AM PDT

    Hi guys,

I'm running a gaming competition and need a game that's free, simple, based on setting a high score and ideally easy to share a screenshot or replay.

    Any suggestions Thanks in advance

Nice RPG grinders that don't rely on dailies?

    Posted: 05 Jun 2020 09:40 PM PDT

Hello, I've been looking for some mobile game to kill time when I'm going by a bus etc., I really like RPG/ARPG games but most of them rely way too much on dailies. I've really liked Marvel Future Fight- collecting stuff is kinda my thing, also the fact that character's level is not reliant on the level of your account like it often does. But every day I've had to log in and it took quite a bit of time to finish all the dailies, and without them it just felt like I'm limiting myself crazy amount.

So, are there any games similar to that that can be played whenever? They can be pay2win, I don't really care.

    Cheers!

    [REQUEST] Good offline games

    Posted: 06 Jun 2020 03:10 AM PDT

    Paid and free all welcome.

I don't need casual repetitive games tho (subway surfer, etc)

RPG, Puzzle, FPS, Shooting, VN, etc games are all welcome.

As long as it can be played offline and has a great storyline! Thanks guys. I need offline since I'm always go to places with no internet 😒

I browsed through PlayStore and those popular games always showed up. Worse, the tag is offline but it's actually Online.
