Zombie Infection - Gameloft's take on Resident Evil (2008)

    Posted: 20 Jan 2020 02:18 AM PST

There's plenty of awesome games for old feature phones, but one of the most polished experiences is Zombie Infection. Well worth looking into for fans of Resident Evil and Uwe Boll movies!

[DEV] All Hams on Deck! Bounce pigs, smash melons, die a lot.

[DEV] All Hams on Deck! Bounce pigs, smash melons, die a lot.

    Hi r/AndroidGaming!

I'm Colin, and I co-own The Bread & Butter Game Co. Yesterday, we released All Hams on Deck! (I am very excited, but also the exclamation point is part of the name.) It is free to download with very light monetization/ads. No banners or interstitials ever. It's also suited for every size of phone and tablet. :)

    Google Play Link: https://bit.ly/2G4V0pl

    Game Trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GG7MUTKkFfQ

    BOUNCE THAT HAM!

As you can see, the basic gameplay is simple. Bounce a pig, get a point. Boat, crate, or melon, doesn't matter. Point get. But if you survive long enough...

    It gets pretty hard!

It's a simple score-attack game that we put a lot of time and effort into polishing mechanically and visually. I started prototyping the game in September 2018 with our artist joining shortly after, and then some friends joined in May 2019 to form the company with me and help push the game over the edge.

Coinks, our in-game currency, can be used to unlock new pig cosmetics. 100 Coinks can be spent on the Piggy Bank, a roulette that rewards a random pig. Almost every new pig has a unique oink sound and trail that can be unlocked for 50 Coinks apiece. If you want a specific pig, they can be bought for $0.99.

The only pig that can't be gotten through the Piggy Bank is the Capitali$t Pig. It's a $4.99 upgrade that triples the rate at which Coinks drop, and unlocks a fake leaderboard that tells you that you're #1.

Carold Butts never knew what hit her, but Texas House never stood a chance.

That's my spiel and thanks for reading. If you have any questions, feel free to post them, and we fully intend to release a patch this week for the small number of bugs that have been found. If you find any more, we'll do our best to fix those too. :)

[REQUEST] RPGs with good Guild/Team Systems

    Posted: 20 Jan 2020 01:24 AM PST

I'm trying to find a great game to play with my wife and we need it to have:

    • Guild/Team Play of some sort
    • RPG-like gameplay or team-building, leveling, grinding to build chatacters or grow settlements.
    • Pausable (very important we have kiddos)
    • Turn-based, card based, and/or puzzle based; some more intensive gameplay might also work but she has told me no hack and slash.
    • F2P initially, some IAP for upgrades or characters are probably fine too.
    • New player friendly or just a new game in general so we don't feel like we're stuck way behind the curve.

For reference I have been playing and enjoying Legend of Solgard and she likes the gameplay but doesn't want in on that one because I have an ex who played with me some.

[REQUEST] Squad level turn based RPG, offline required

    Posted: 20 Jan 2020 08:40 AM PST

Played Templar Assault. Pretty good but got stuck can't beat a level.

Prefer free/demo with ability to unlock more content. Hate paying for a game I end up not liking. Would rather pay after being able to play some % of content.

[Request] Looking for a good FPS/TPS that is not P2W

    Posted: 20 Jan 2020 11:11 AM PST

Reposting because it was removed for lack of a tag...

Looking for some new games...and to scratch that FPS itch.

I don't mind paying for an initial premium price, and I'd like a game that has a decent number of players online.

    Tyia!

Robert Broglia suite of emulation apps getting some love recently!

    Posted: 20 Jan 2020 10:49 AM PST

I'm excited as these apps have just always "worked" for me on numerous devices I have owned. Solid emulation with all the really needed features (imho), although more is always great too! Awesome to see the author Robert Broglia giving them some attention again.

Been looking for this game, can't seem to find it

    Posted: 20 Jan 2020 12:45 AM PST

It was an endless runner-ish sort of game. Featured a lot of unique colour palettes. You had to run around this circular object that had circles inside that kept getting bigger which had a safe spot within where you had to run to. As the levels went by you got more and more characters to control at the same time. Anyone know what it is?

[Request] Looking for game where you can play as a werewolf

    Posted: 19 Jan 2020 11:46 PM PST

Some years ago a friend showed me a rpg where you were able to play as a werewolf, however it was on ios.

Does anyone know the name of any such games? It was anime styled similar to Zenonia or other such games
