Want to play a game with "friendly" IAP like Earn to Die 2

I don't know what the term is to describe IAP like that (maybe it's cheap?), but after I saw IAP in the game Earn to Die 2. Strangely, I didn't mind buying it even though it could actually be obtained by grinding. Well I thought, is there maybe a game that has a similar IAP, I hope you can understand what I mean. Thank you.

Looking for a Farmville "Crop Mastery system" type of game.

    Posted: 13 Jan 2022 03:28 AM PST

I found this group via a "Farmville" search and noticed someone posted 24 days ago about a game like that. Let me clarify my interests in games like this:

1.) NO "Energy per minute" system!! I have no interest in running out and coming back hours later. I was a "free play" as much as I want like the original Farmville.

2.) I'm basically, very interested more in: Planting 1000 crops over weeks/months to get a 3 star Mastery maxed rating. Crops, animals and trees are fine.

3.) I DO NOT WANT the "economy manufacturing system" where you take Milk, buy a Dairy, then make butter/cheese, buy another building to make hot foods, or make clothing out of cotton/wool etc. I have NO INTEREST in that system. There are literally dozens of cloned games out there that are basically alike and if I wanted that system, I would have stuck with the first one 2-3 years ago. I thought I would like My Time in Portia, but no.

4.) I do enjoy creating towns from scratch in RPG games, building one building at a time for a few minutes, then hours, etc, but that's optional. I also enjoy TURN BASED, NOT ACTION!! games as well. I'm old school.

5.) I don't mind fulfilling town order boards, as long as it's not a game with dozens of manufacturing buildings once again. I could find that type of game on my own.

6.) I have both a Galaxy S9, and Google Pixel phones, BUT I play my Android games on my BluStacks emulator on my Razer gaming laptop. I don't mind if your suggestions are Android games, PC Steam games, Facebook games, etc.

7.) Lastly, if you made it this far, don't get me wrong, I'm a hardcore gamer for many years, playing MMOs: Wow, Final Fantasy 11 & 14, probably 80 more over the past 18 years since FF11 came out in 2003 on PS2. I had been currently playing New World, & Elyon in the past 3 months, I might create a new guy on BDO, since I lost my old characters for not migrating them in May to the new company. But, casual "Mastery timed games" like the ORIGINAL Farmville are very calming to me as well.

Birdcage is rather an intersting visualized puzzle game in which ypu should free a bord from its cage. Take a look at the gameplay. #birdcage

trigger and dpad buttons won't work at the same time? Epsxe, Razr Kishi Gamepad, MGS1 for psx

    Posted: 13 Jan 2022 01:22 AM PST

Was trying to play the first metal gear solid finally, and for the most part I'm enjoying it, but I've encountered an issue I've just been trying to deal with.

If you're familiar with mgs, you'll remember that to change your weapons and equipment, you hold down either L2 or R2 and move on the dpad to select the new thing you want to equip. The game pauses while selecting, so you can quickly switch to the right item mid battle, which is important.

Well, when I hold down L2 on my Razer Kishi gamepad, and hit up or down on the dpad, it seems to spaz out, as though it is only wanting to detect the input for 'L2' OR 'Dpad up/down', but not both at once, so it will rapidly close and open the selection screen and unpause briefly, and I have to try a good few times to get it to switch items at all, let alone in the same direction.

When pressed individually, and on other emulators, the dpad and triggers both work fine so far, and I'm able to move around with the dpad and hold the trigger selection screen open separately with no issues, the problem only arises when I try to use the Dpad and triggers at the same time.

Anyone know if this is just and issue with epsxe? After buying it, someone suggested I should have got duckstation instead. Perhaps there's a weird setting I can change that I overlooked a few times now? Any help appreciated.
