    in MI box S if I change my output resolution, it should limit the app to download for the available resolution right?

    Say for example I change my resolution to 720p from settings, the app will lower the dl quality itself to 720p, or it will still download the best possible resolution according to speed, and then downscale it to 720p?

    Poor HDR Performance on onePlus U1S?

    Has anyone been facing poor quality issues while playing HDR content on OnePlus U1S. The scenes appear to have very low light, compared to same content playing on a regular SDR TV.

    with analog Tuner when i channel change it announces the number like S1 c1 A1 etc

    and my accessibility talk back is turned off

    A Way to Trigger an IFTTT-like command?

    I'm sorry if this isn't the best place to post.

    I have a Bravia Android TV and I'm looking for what I thought would be a simple command but I literally can't find anything on it anywhere.

    Basically, I want to set up a command where if the TV is turned off, it will also turn off a couple of TP-Link Kasa Smart Plugs.

    What drives me nuts is that I'm pretty sure Samsung has that baked into Smartthings already but I cannot for the life of me find something like that in Google Home, the Kasa app, or even IFTTT and that makes me feel like I'm missing something obvious. If anyone's got any suggestions, please let me know. Thanks!

    Edit: Okay, it looks like I'm not crazy, there really is no easy way to do what I want with what I have. I appreciate everyone's answers!

    Nokia 8000 streaming box and Ziggo go TV - appears incompatible?

    Bought a Nokia 8000 streaming box yesterday in The Netherlands

    • but when I came to install the Ziggo Go TV App - Google Play Store claims it was incompatible.
    • Many shops are selling it claiming compatibility.

    Does anyone have any experience with this in NL?

    Is there a good aggregator for Android TV?

    I just got a HiSense 65U8G and Google TV doesn't work on it. Is there a similar aggregator that I can use to view netflix, prime, hbomax, pluto tv, all in one spot? Thanks

    Google Play store question

    Hi all, I work for a school and we're looking at putting TVs in to display when students make certain achievements. We specifically want to use an app that's on the google play store.

    Are the apps that are available on the android TVs limited to streaming channels or can I theoretically download any app that's in the play store?
