I got an ad for "rise of kingdoms" which played at full volume despite the fact that volume was at zero during the ad.

is this new or it's a problem with Xiaomi phones?

[Mobile][2014 2015?][Incremental/Idle/Clicker game, that has similar graphics like "Tower of Hero", "Infiroad"]

    Posted: 30 Sep 2021 12:20 AM PDT

    Game Description:

Has anyone played a similar kind of game, where the boss tends to have a health bar that is so long, that it takes days to deplete it.

Every click you press, tends to spawn mini heroes to attack the boss. The boss will usually use a screen cleaning skill to clear every mini heroes you spawn, but that's the point of the game

Has anyone seen/heard/tried this kind of game? Thanks!

    [DEV] ImageShaker puzzle game

    Posted: 30 Sep 2021 06:05 AM PDT

    Hello,

I've created a small puzzle game and would like to know from player's side whether it is appealing to those, who play such type of games.

The unique aspect of the game is the mechanics. It looks like a puzzle, however you're not moving the pieces of image, but rather click on them to switch and match a picture. Moreover you can match any picture you want, just by starting with it.

Your opinions are highly encouraged and will be considered in updates.

Games close to Caves of Qud?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2021 07:23 AM PDT

Game won't likely receive a mobile port until much later after release but damn I love this game. Anything recommended that is close? I tried DCSS but the controls are esoteric to me.

    Thanks in advance!

[Request] Can anyone help me find an idle space mining game?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2021 11:23 AM PDT

I used to play some sort of idle space mining game where you would kinda arrive on different planets and you would have this station that would drill into the planet and you could buy upgrades and other things. There was an ending to the game, but I don't remember what it was. I've searched everyone, in my games library, my wishlist, tried searching for it everywhere but I think the dev might have removed it from the play store. I would greatly appreciate if anyone can help!

Any timer/tracker app that allows keeping track of Energy of many games?

    Posted: 29 Sep 2021 10:00 PM PDT

Most of the games I got myself into right now are the ones with Energy that recharges. Gacha games like genshin, PGR, counterside, specifically. I don't really have the time to spare to play games with long session so I pick up games on my phone that I can just do quick sessions from time to time. Just wondering if there's an app or similar that can allow simultaneous tracking of current Energy for each of those games? It doesnt have to be connected to those games, probably something I could customize the recharge rate and energy limit?

Might be a far fetch but an app like that would be a huge QOL/efficiency increase when managing multiple games employing an energy system. Thank you.

What games do you play with a rating under 4* and why?

    Posted: 29 Sep 2021 05:31 PM PDT

I presume I'm not alone in ignoring games below 4 stars, but I've seen 3 star games that contain genuine 5 star reviews.

What games do you feel people are missing out on due to being put off from their rating?

Suggestions - good games for preschoolers?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2021 05:58 AM PDT

    Hi all,

My daughter is 4 years old and I'm looking for some quality games for her tablet. Sadly I wasn't able to find a "smart" search on Google Play with requirements, so I'm asking here. I'm open to pretty much any style/topic.

    Requirements:

    • Preferably no ads. This usually interrupts her game because she taps on something. I am more than happy to pay for the game if it's good.

    • No overly aggressive microtransactions.

    • Can be played without understanding English, unless that's the point of the game (she's learning but we're not quite there yet).

    Thank you!

    Advice about stylus for gaming?

    Posted: 30 Sep 2021 05:40 AM PDT

Overheard my 15 year old talking to a mate about the cost of getting a stylus for gaming. I'm not sure how this works (I thought stylus were for drawing and writing) but apparently you can use them for first person shooters?

Any advice or recommendations if I want to get him something along these lines for his birthday. He's got a HP laptop and an iPad so I'm not sure if there is a compatibility issue.

Need some help regarding top down Zelda style games.

    Posted: 30 Sep 2021 03:38 AM PDT

Hello everyone I am a beginner Dev and I really really want to make top down Zelda style games but there are already so many of them out there that I think I wouldn't be making anything new or people won't play it. So please tell me if you like or dislike this kinds of game or if you do like them, which ones are your favourite.

I am currently thinking of something like moonlighter but with a more simpler art style and more focus on just one style of combat and more on the story side. It's just me making it so I can't make it too big. So please do tell me cause I am being indecisive and just some people being welcoming of a game like this would give me a lot of motivation to make it.

I read the rules and I think it kinda is like a survey so if you find it breaking the rules then I am sorry, I will delete the post.
