SmartTube Next what device can play 1080p+ @ 60fps in 2x speed?

Hi people, I have an s905x3 but it does'nt play well videos in 2x speed @ 60fps, I get o a LOT of frame drops and jerkiness, I use a preset to only play at 30 fps to play well, but I want to buy a new device, since YT are stopping having videos converted to 30fps in 1080p or 4K...

I want to know if someone have an android tv box and can play videos in increased speed with no problems in smarttube next in 1080p upwards and of course the chipset or the name of the chinese device.

    Thanks.

The new Google TV remote app does not find my device at all. The old Android TV remote still does however. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are on.

HBO Max and Disney+ keep turning the Mi Box WIFI off after a few minutes. Netflix, Prime Video work OK.

I don't know if it's a coincidence, but this only started happening when I changed residence recently and started using fiber internet.

This only happens with HBO Max and Disney+, Netflix and Prime Video work fine. I'll be watching a serie or movie for a few minutes and suddenly "HBO Max and encountered a problem". I'll go to the Mibox home screen and the wifi is turned off. I turn it on and after a few minutes it happens again.

I called my ISP and they changed the modem channel and bandwith, but it didn't help at at all and it doesn't happen on my smartphone so I guess the problem is in the mibox itself?

I don't even know what to google to solve this, I have no idea what could be.

Audio from Nvidia shield to amp, probably doing something wrong...

    Posted: 30 Sep 2021 01:05 AM PDT

I've been having this weird sound issue, where in the content if it's just ambient sound or overall silent scenes the output completely cuts out. Sometimes it isn't a big deal, but most of the times it's very apparent. I think it may have to do with my setup, but I'm not sure (could be hardware fault), so hopefully someone here can help me with this.

At the moment my sound setup is the following:

Nvidia shield -> hdmi cable -> TV -> headphone output 3.5mm to RCA cable -> amp (Yamaha A-S701)

The TV is one of those cheap Toshiba, so I don't know if that can affect the audio quality. I already tried replacing the hdmi cable, but that didn't work. I can always try to replace the 3.5mm to RCA cable, that could be at fault, but since I don't understand much about audio maybe there's something in this setup that's clearly wrong? Should I try to get one of those hdmi splitters and connect through optical (the amp has optical input) so it doesn't go through the TV?

    Help is appreciated, thanks!

    Mi TV Stick audio cut

    Posted: 29 Sep 2021 02:37 PM PDT

Hello. I bought some days ago a Mi TV Stick. I have a big, big issue. When I play a movie or a tv series sometimes the audio cuts out. It's very annoying, especially because it cuts people talking. I have this issue only on movies or series, I assume because of low volumes level. But I don't understand if it's the tv i'm using or the stick itself
