I'm waiting for the day a random person "nearby shares" me Posted: 24 Sep 2021 04:24 PM PDT Title says it all. Now that nearby share has an "everyone" option, I'm going to be adventurous and leave it on. Airdropping is so popular it has become a verb. Now that android has an equivalent version, I'm waiting for this to happen. Random thought, just wanted to share that. [link] [comments]

Just discovered multiple user support. It's great for a "work" profile! Posted: 24 Sep 2021 08:45 AM PDT I'm sure compared to some people I'm super late to the game, but after well over a year of remote work (and I'm now fully remote), I'm trying to separate work and home where possible. After digging around, I enabled multiple user support (Settings --> System --> Advanced) and set up a "work" user that I can use during the day when I need to focus, then switch back to "personal" so I don't accidentally start doing work when I don't want to. It's been great so far. [link] [comments]
