    The app is for launching the live channels app and helping its install from the playstore and also to be used as live channels app from the app menu and home screen , it's basic but does the job 😀LC launcher

    Endless scrolling issue

    Random issue that popped up out of nowhere today.

    When I scroll through anything, menu, volume, channels it just carries in. One press of up on volume and it heads to 100. A left click on a YouTube menu and it won't stop scrolling.

    I have tried a factory reset and everything was fine for an hour or so. But then it started doing it again.

    This is on a 2019 Sony Bravia 4K tv.

    I know there are exists called Rokkr and Watched. I think Rokkr is a clone of Watched ?

    Anyway, those are two that I know of but I want to know if there are other one as well? The reason is that I am looking for one that supports VLC Player because it supports both subtitle for movies and closed captions *CC* for television. Those two apps doesnt have that but MVP only and it supports only subtitles. The developer said that they will not added VLC Player at all and wont supporting such as VLC Player.

    PSA: The "Live Channels" app is no longer a system app on Android 10

    The app can now be safely uninstalled from devices that were upgraded from Android 9 to 10.

    The app no longer ships on devices that come with Android TV 10 preinstalled.

    Google TV also comes without the app.

    The app doesn't appear anymore in the Play Store if you look it up by using the on-screen keyboard or voice search, instead, it only appears when using the Google Assistant, that must be a bug Google should address.

    Are there any Google TV (Android TV) boxes that support LDAC or AptX, AptX LL, AptX HD codecs? Also any support a remote with a headphone jack?

    Looking for an android TV box that would allow higher quality audio formats for my headphones or a remote that has a headphone jack.

    Chromecast with Google TV not always loading 4K

    My Chromecast with Google TV is occasionally struggling to try to utilise 4K content

    It's connected with Ethernet and 100Mbps internet, so connection isn't an issue. However, sometimes I'll notice that Netflix only loads up to 1080p (Apple TV sometimes doesn't even go to 1080, but I think that's more an issue with the Apple TV app specifically)

    Ive noticed changing from 4K 60Hz to another refresh rate (it doesn't matter what one i'm on or changing to, as long as it changes refresh rate) that going back into the Netflix app will fix it again, but it won't last too long.

    Anyone had a similar issue?

    Check Remote Battery Level?

    I know how to check the remotes battery in settings, but, is there a phrase I can ask the google assistant to give me the same information? If you ask it for the battery percentage it just says zero (probably a remnant of it being Android ).
