    I bought the Mecool KM6 and try to install some apps from the get my app that pre-installed.

    But If I click the app, there is nothing (no app), just I can see the "update" button.

    even if I press the "update" button in the app, nothing works.

    any advice?

    Amazon Prime Video on Nexus Player Issue

    I installed Prime video from the Play Store on my Nexus Player. When I open any videos, I see blank text on the buttons and please check the attached image.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled again and still the same issue. Video plays fine and even when I exit the app, it shows two buttons with no text. Weird.

    It's as if I have a dark mode or some other mode to mask the text on these buttons... All the other apps work fine (YTTV, Disney+, Kodi, etc.).

    Any ideas?

    Please help sideloading ID Go (extracted from Fire TV)

    I keep getting the error message, "We're sorry, something went wrong," and I'm not sure what I should/could be doing differently. Please help me get this figured out. I'm trying to install it to a Shield TV.

    I've installed the amazon app store, but it doesn't change the error message at all. FWIW, that link is for an old post, but it didn't work when I tried it years ago either. There have been a couple updates to ID Go, I believe.

    Who would buy a google tv whose remote has a tile (Bluetooth tracker) imbedded in it. Tile trackers can be used with both google assistant and Alexa.
