    guys i have tcl tv and puffin browser cant open on it , it keep saying connecting and suddenly turn off the browser , and some browser when i play a video it does not support it like t browser and others , and if you have any recommended browsers please tell me and thank you

    TCL TV Updates... Worst experience ever.

    Having a bit of a rough time trying to update my 50P6US ITS STILL ON ANDROID 7 with a security patch level of DECEMBER 5 2017 no OTA updates no replies from TCL Support (I've tried every different way). I did find another post and got a file from https://support.tclelectronics.com.au/software-version/ but the instructions don't do anything when booting the TV it just boots as normal. I think it might just be TCL NZ because I've seen my model of tv with android 8 at least even when the product page was around it showed android 8! Anyone else had this sort of experience or is it just me.

    Google TV with Tivo Stream 4K remote

    Has anyone tried this, and has it worked for you?

    I tried pairing but it seems the tivo remote is glitchy. When moving around the menus it will lag at times, most the time.

    I've tried resetting the remote to default settings, but same experience.

    Lastly, the volume buttons don't work and other buttons.

    Argh! YouTube TV on Google TV teased me!

    So, on Thursday, I was unceremoniously logged out of YouTube TV on Google TV. I found this very odd. But when I signed back in, I noticed that account switching was enabled (as it has been on core Android TV for, what, over a year now?).

    Yet, today, I went to use this handy dandy feature, and...it's gone again!

    Argh. Did anyone else get this sneak preview of YTTV one-click account switching on Google TV?

    I have 2 chromecast with Google TV devices on 2 different TVs. Same Google user on both, same apps, etc. but continue watching is different on each. Why would that be? Some of them are the same, some are not. Would think they would sync being same user etc? Anybody else with multiple that can weigh in?

    Closing apps on KM1

    Like post says. Can't for the life of me find the right button selection to bring up open apps to close like I can on the shield. Am I missing something? Would like the ease of mind of closing apps easily like I normally would.

    Smart YouTube with Harmony remote question

    I have a Harmony remote that I use with my Nvidia Shield. I loaded Smart YouTube and it works fine except that the pause, play, FF and rewind buttons on the remote don't do anything. They work fine in the YouTube app itself. Am I missing a setting somewhere?

    Need help with google tv issue

    Can't seem to find reasonable answers on what to do. I purchased the new Google Tv chromecast. It was working great and is awesome to integrate everything. But now I've got this weird issue where the screen and audio go black for a second or two then come back and I can't figure out how to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! It's not turning off because what I'm watching still keeps playing when the video and audio come back its like it never stopped. It's also not my tv. It only does this with the chromecast and I've tried different HDMI ports.

    Best HDMI Switcher?

    I'm looking to get an HDMI switcher for my Switch, PS4, and soon an android box. All to plug into a non-4k TV.

    What would you guys recommend? Should I get one with its own power adapter?

    Best Box For Media Streaming/Playback?

    Hello,

    I'm looking into buying the family an Android Box to replace our media PC. The only thing I need this box for is streaming Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ (non-4k). If I can get access to other shows and movies that are not yet on these streaming platforms (example: torrents) that would be a huge plus.

    Having said that, what would you all recommend off Amazon?

    Sony TV buffering and low quality even though speed test shows good speed?

    I don't know what's going on but it looks like my connection is only slow when streaming something? I take the speed test on my TV browser and speed is around 50Mb/s. However Netflix buffers all the time , Youtube and Twitch default to lower quality. I've placed my phone right next to my TV and even under it just to test and the quality is always the best there. Has anyone had something similar?
