Can you link me some story driven text games who look like this?

[DEV] The focus is the world on Akami, so natural phenomenons are expected for a living and breathing world. Here you can see a sandstorm starting and getting bigger, lowering your visibility and speed. This is and updated version of the effect guys =)

Any good Jewels games such as Montezuma?

    Posted: 20 Dec 2020 10:19 AM PST

I installed that game for my mother and she's kind of bored of it, so I'd like a new one for her, if possible not exactly the same with a different game.

Also I don't want any in app purchases bullshit. All unlocked please!

    Any suggestions? Thanks!

Looking for a specific game but i don't know the name

    Posted: 20 Dec 2020 09:28 AM PST

I'm looking for an Android game that a couple of years ago was pretty famous, The game was pixelart style , I don't know if 8-bit or 16-bit, You had to kill different bosses in each level And you could buy different weapons on the menu, the game was in isometric view.

The controls were very simple, You had three buttons, one joystick if I remember correctly, another to use the main weapon and the third to use the active object. I also remember that It had a very good soundtrack.

Finally I remember that the photo of the app was a pixelated skull on a red background and the name of the app was not very long.

I'm sorry if my English is bad, I hope you can help me, thank you!

    AAA Mobile games

    Posted: 20 Dec 2020 08:39 AM PST

We've already seen the likes of PUBG, Fortnite, and Call of Duty make their way to mobile. They may not be perfect games, but for the most part they work on mobile. Do you think we'll start to see more triple A titles released on mobile? Maybe remastered versions of older games? What do you guys think?

    Looking for suggestions

    Posted: 20 Dec 2020 07:56 AM PST

Hi guys, sorry for the wall of text, but I thought I'd give as much info as possible since visiting the weekly thread for months and not really finding my next gem.

I'm a father of two under 3 and really only have a couple hours here and there where I can turn brain off and just play. Console games are kind of out of the question for those reasons, so I've been looking for that hidden mobile gem. Currently I really only play Hearthstone and LOR. Love them both but not looking to add any more card games.

Other than those, I played clash royale and brawl stars for a while a couple years ago. Enjoyed them but lost interest. I love idle and clicker games but have never really found one that's captivated me for more than a few days. The only one that's come close has been Cell to Singularity.

So I guess my interests are:

-idle/clicker if there's some good incremental gameplay (but keep in mind I would have tried most of the commonly recommended ones)

-strategy or RTS but I won't have the time to keep up with heavy grinding or p2w models required to be competitive

    Any suggestions? Thanks

Are there any other games like the Kingdom series on or coming to Android (Two Crowns, etc)? I've seen games like Ratropolis but wonder if they will ever be ported to mobile.

    Please Help Me!

    Posted: 20 Dec 2020 04:28 AM PST

I'm stuck with my android phone for most of the day. I've been looking for platform games and only found three that I can play. My favourite was called Super Dangerous Dungeons. If you haven't tried it you should give it a try. Sword Of Xolan was also really good and Door Kickers the 2D version. Is there anything similar out there that I haven't tried.

[REQUEST] Action games in portrait mode

    Posted: 20 Dec 2020 03:50 AM PST

Hello everyone, I look for very good and hooking action games in portrait mode. Archero can be good example, but it doesn't have to be the copies of it (if there is one copy better than it, i would appriciate that too). What i look for is simple controls. For example the control style in the games like emulators do not appeal to me. Thanks in advance

Warhammer Odyssey Soft Launch Gameplay - a non-p2w or auto-play mobile MMORPG

    Posted: 20 Dec 2020 10:18 AM PST

    Was It Worth the Hype?

Warhammer Odyssey's gameplay brought back so many great memories of traditional MMORPGs with a slower paced combat system, no auto-combat or auto-pathing, a simple character progression system (No combat power here), challenging enemies (I died quite a bit), and just that old school MMORPG gameplay. The game throws you into beautiful landscapes with detailed environments and a vast open world with other players. You will need to find your way around the map, complete quests, and fight plenty of enemies along the way. I found the character progression a bit shallow with only a few stats to improve and a very simple skill tree. However, sometimes simple is good as it allows players to focus on the actual gameplay and appreciate its core. Keep in mind this game has ABSOLUTELY ZERO auto-play or pay to win features, which is a PRO for some and CON for others. One other feature players might like/not like is that you cannot attack and move at the same time. Overall, I loved the game and thought it filled a much needed gap in the mobile RPG world - continue reading to learn more about the game and its features.

Games where you can actually "lose"?

    Posted: 20 Dec 2020 02:49 AM PST

I figured why i dont really enjoy mobile games, that is because of the constant hand holding and the fact that there is no real way to lose progress or having to start all over.

Are there some games like that in the playstore? Obvious games would be roguelikes like Pixel Dungeon and alike. I also enjoyed Black Command for having permanent death in it. Are there games with a similar approach?
