Posted: 03 Nov 2020 04:57 AM PST So I live in a japan but my phone is in english. even though I have japanese as second language on phone I still basically can't see any play store reviews as it doesn't show reviews by people who have their phone in japanese (almost all) Funny thing is if they're using their phone in English and write a review in japanese then it plainly shows a japanese review. I find it really frustrating that Google limits what language reviews I can read even though I have that language set in my phone, and as I've been living where for a few years all my google services are complete japanese versions Is there any way to enable just to be able to see/read them? I'm mainly looking to improve general performance.And I would like a game booster which comes in all poco phones I find that very effective for gaming and hardcore tasks like editing as well. | How to view Google Assistant chat history on Pixel 4a? Posted: 03 Nov 2020 11:23 AM PST Hi there! On my OG Pixel I was able to simply swipe up after I have activated Google assistant in order to see a conversation type view of my interactions and responses with the assistant. There was also this square button with a small circle in the bottom left corner that I could press that would have the same result. However, on my pixel 4A neither of those options are available. I have also tried searching the internet for this as well as the settings but could not find anything other than my Google account saving what I have asked the assistant (no responses). Is there a way to see the conversation view on the newer Pixels? But I've just received my new Huawei watch fit, and when I skip music, pause, play, etc on spotify, Google home or my phone, my watch vibrates and the text notification appears? The text shows the artist and the song name and this stays in the notification dock! I've turned on gentle notifications but I don't know how to fix this? | Clicked a notification, what the heck just happened to my phone? Posted: 03 Nov 2020 10:15 AM PST So I have a Samsung Galaxy S10+. Security patch level: September 1, 2020. I checked my notifications as I do every morning. One of the notifications looked like a spam email and said something like "Very important message". I went to expand the notification to reveal the delete button but I must've clicked the notification by accident because what happened next was that I got a bunch of notifications. Like those grey unobstructive boxes that appear at the bottom half of your screen then goes away on its own after a second or two. I freaked out and immediately restarted my phone by holding the power button. I only remember that one of the grey notification boxes said something like "write permission denied". What just happened to my phone? Is there anything I should do or investigate? [link] [comments] |

Then share those documents with other devices people and have the ability to keyword search those documents. All of the alternatives to cloud print That I see force me to hook up to an actual printer. I don't want to hook up to a printer, I want to print to the cloud and bypass the printer all together. | Posted: 03 Nov 2020 06:26 AM PST i have 2 Vonino iMart Pro from my kids school. both tablets are on Android10 latest security patch. i bought 2 pairs of BT headphones Sony WH-CH510 and i have problems with one of the tablets. for one of the tablets the headphones connected ok and they are working with Google Meet, Zoom etc. For the other tablet, the headphones are connecting to it and they work with youtube or youtube music, but they don't work with any video calling service. i connected 3 different BT headphones and i get the same result. I connected both Sony headphones to the other tablet and they work. i reseted the tablet a lot of times, i tried to mess with the developer settings. nothing works. I had to reset due to no longer having a fingerprint scanner (LG took it away and refuses to fix it, even with being in the 2 year period). I have given up on the fingerprint scanner as I cannot go without a phone for any duration of time.... But after resetting, I notice I have backlight bleed all around my display when I'm in dark mode. It might be IPS glow, but I've owned this device for nearly a year and have never noticed it until after the reset..... Is this common? Is there something about resetting that destroys the hardware? But after flashing I can't find the zip anymore. Usually the zip is in SD card. Using root explorer I found this zip in storage/emulated, however I cannot delete it, any ideas how to remove it? Basically I have an apk of an older version of an app. Whenever google store is enabled i can not use the apk and the apk tells me to upgrade so I have to disable google play store to use this apk. My question is "How do I make it so I can use the apk without disabling google play store all the time. Or maybe there is a way I can make a script to disable and then enable play store?" | Samsung Galaxy Tab A: Battery 100% Spinning Wheel Indicator/Notification Posted: 03 Nov 2020 08:18 AM PST I'm having an issue with my Galaxy Tab A where I am constantly getting a spinning wheel notification in the middle of the screen indicating that the the battery is at 100%. I keep the tablet plugged at all times, so it's always at 100% battery. This issue is annoying because it gets in the way of viewing videos and also dims the screen for a second while the notification animation plays out. Is there anyway to disable this in the settings? | Posted: 03 Nov 2020 08:15 AM PST I got a Podofo brand head unit off Amz, which has Android 8.1 installed and includes two USB plugs. One for charging, one for data. Neither charge particularly well. The data USB plug has been able to read off a USB/SD-card stick just fine. I have access to the "Factory Settings" and can change quite a few things at a root level. But the only settings for USB are to change from 1.0 to 2.0 protocol, and to change from Device to Host. Also something about DVR over USB. No change in any combination of these settings helps... Everything else works really well, super happy otherwise. Just don't understand why a USB drive would work but not another Android device that's open to being mounted. Thanks for any help or ideas! (HD Bluetooth voice calling) Posted: 03 Nov 2020 07:51 AM PST I've always been looking for wired equivalent Bluetooth headsets for conference calls. the classic sbc mono voice codec sucks I don't neccesarily need the latest and greatest "aptx voice" product, but at least I need a codec that pairs well with HD Zoom / WhatsApp / Facebook voice calling, and possibly a boom microphone would inspire confidence. I currently have a snapdragon 855+ device, as I understand it aptx voice is a 765 / 865 feature, along with a vaporware selection of headset devices. as a side note, I assume HD Bluetooth voice will be terrible on Windows / Linux / Mac for years to come? any practical advice here?
