    Posted: 15 Nov 2020 02:59 AM PST

Got myself into a bad accident and doc said I can't get out of the bed for a week. So I am looking for some single player campaign games,. Any genre is fine, strategical, fps, rpg, as long as I don't have to invest my time in building.

One game in particular I liked was Bad North. Is company of heroes any good?

    Thanks for reading!!

[REQUEST] help me find a forgotten game

    Posted: 15 Nov 2020 02:47 AM PST

Hello, I write to you today to find a forgotten game I had installed many years ago. I forgot the name, but the app icon was 3 linked circles, one blue, one green and one red.

The game consisted in not being voted out. It was turn based and offline.

At the start of your turn, you gained gold, which then could be used to buy various orbs, and with those orbs you could attack other players or gain advantages, like not being able to be voted out. You could also buy upgrades, the last one was being able to "ascend", winning the game instantly.

You played against 4 AI's which had unique traits, like attacking every turn, or focusing on upgrades, etc.

The game also had unique challenge stages, whose names were based on popular videogames, like The Elder Scrolls, Populus, Shadow of the Colossus, etc.

I scanned through EVERY game I had downloaded on Play Store but couldn't find it, it may have been removed. Thanks for any help

A simple fix for older Rockstar games lagging on Android 10

    Posted: 14 Nov 2020 06:11 PM PST

Hi, I'm posting this in case someone else is also having this problem.

My phone died a week ago and, as it would take quite some time to fix it and I couldn't go around without a working phone, I bought a Galaxy A20. Nothing fancy, it's a budget range, but surely more than capable to meet my demands.

Anyways, you could imagine my disappointment when I fired up GTA San Andreas and the game turned out to be a lag-show. I installed Samsung's Game Booster so I could track FPS, temperature and such, and what concerned me was the fact that FPS ran around 20 (17-24 out of 30) while GPU usage never went over 55%. So the game clearly wasn't using the full power of the hardware. I tried re-installing, wiping data and cache, restarting, nothing worked.

Until today. I started the game, it ran around 20 FPS like always, but I minimized it, went into Settings - Apps - GTA: SA - Storage - Clear cache, and then restored the game window and - voila - it started running in flawless 30 FPS, even on max settings. I tried the same thing with GTA: Vice City and it also worked like a charm, it went full and flawless 60 FPS.

So, in order for it to work, you have to clear cache while you are running the game, not before or after. And, unfortunately, you have to do it every time you start the game, otherwise it starts running choppy again. Hopefully Rockstar will release an update in near future.

I don't have Bully to test it, but I'm confident the same fix can be applied.

Is there a good offline open-world game for android?

    Posted: 14 Nov 2020 06:29 PM PST

I'm looking for a free offline open-world game, where you don't have to pay too much attention to the main story but you can do sidequests and have the freedom to explore.

[DEV] 2 Player RTS Game 3D - Always wanted an offline 2 player game like this on my phone to play with my brother

    Posted: 15 Nov 2020 11:56 AM PST

Would be amazing if someone could test it out and give some feedback, mainly focused on gameplay, because I already know that the art is lacking.

The game is paid, so of course I will give promo codes to everyone who is willing, tho not exactly sure how they work tbh

[Help] Looking for a game I installed 3 years ago

    Posted: 15 Nov 2020 02:38 AM PST

I'm looking for a strategy/tower defence game that I used to have in my library 3 years ago. In it, you control color coded pikmin like characters to defend enemies by drawing a patern so that they be placed on it when they defend. The game is so similar to bad north jotun edition but no grid system, more colorful and on a white background. I know this is a long shot but I don't have a choice. Thank you everyone.

Anyone have Under: Depths of Fear?

    Posted: 14 Nov 2020 12:14 PM PST

Its a survival horror game set on a sinking boat. Looks interesting but 5.99 so Im hesitant but it's way more on Steam but at least you get better controls there. Anyone like or recommend it? Is there any combat at all? If there's no combat I definitely will pass.
