NVIDIA Shield Spotify search keyboard issue Posted: 14 Sep 2020 11:00 PM PDT Has anyone run into issues using the remote to input a search in Spotify. I had no issues until a week ago. Using the stock remote, I navigate to the search bar but I can no longer bring up the onscreen keyboard. I have to use Android TV remote or Mouse Toggle which work fine. I should mention no other apps with a search bar have this issue. I've tried switching back to Lean back from Gboard as well, and have tried turning off the mouse toggle. Also uninstalled and reinstalled Spotify (reboot after uninstall). I've seen one mention of it on Spotify support but no resolution there either. [link] [comments]
Unable to find Accessibility Services Posted: 15 Sep 2020 12:16 AM PDT I have a Hisense Android TV running Android 9, I used to use Button Mapper just fine (I first installed in when I had Android 8 but even after the update it worked just fine.) I had to reset the TV and now I'm unable to find the Button Mapper option under Accessibility. I need help to figure this out please. [link] [comments]
How to disable Bluetooth absolute volume? Posted: 14 Sep 2020 11:34 PM PDT On normal android, there's an option to disable absolute volume under Developer Options, but this seems to be missing on my MiBox 4k. Has anyone figured this out? I don't like letting android handle my device volume, I like to set an upper limit manually and then let my device change volume within the specified range. [link] [comments]

Posted: 14 Sep 2020 12:07 PM PDT I have an Nvidia Shield (2017 model). I recently signed up for IPTV and the emulator that the service provider uses isn't available on the Google Play store. I had to resort to STB Emulator which was quite erratic so I purchased the Pro. Still gives me problems. Aside from that all I can find are video game emulators that don't appear to be useful for TV. I've decided to just download an emulator apk and install it on to my android box from my USB. Can someone recommend a good TV emulator that I can download? Ideally I'm looking for a stable application that has a good interface. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks! [link] [comments] |
