| [REQUEST] A Long Lost Civ Game Posted: 05 Jul 2020 08:08 AM PDT I hope this counts as a request. I have been scouring the internet this last few hours because I remembered this awesome game back when I was in highschool. I want to know if any of you guys know it's name. So it's a turn based civilization game centered around the Pelopponesian War. You will choose between Athens or Sparta. You then grow and nurture your city until it wins the war. The main point of the game was to strategically divide your population into farming, joining the army, researching. Plenty of events happen along the way and your decisions can grow or stunt your civilization, stuff like plagues, disasters, etc. I think after winning the war, you can establish yourself as a nation and then move on to conquering other nations. Really wish someone recognizes this game, I really miss it and wanna play it again. Thank you! [link] [comments] | ||

| I just set my Ps4 Controller up with my phone - literal game changer Posted: 05 Jul 2020 08:24 AM PDT I saw posts about the Razer Kishi, looked at some reviews and saw ppl say "just use your ps4/Xbox controller". Bought the clip to attach my phone and wow, this has changed my experience with certain games 10fold. I've been a big mobile gamer, but this now feels like when I was a kid playing my game boy. I bought GTA Vice City, but could never get into the controls. The controller changed all of that. Dead cells was great - but I found myself playing for hours when I hooked the controller up. I've had ff9 on my phone for a while and this gave me the itch to jump back into it, and even eventually playing my child hood classics : ff7/ff8 and Chrono trigger What are you favourite 'controller friendly games'? There is a decent amount of time between scheduled exams working in radiology, but I'd still like the phone controller to be small enough that passer-byers aren't staring.
