I have a Philips 5604 series tv and a problem that only occurs when using an hdmi connected device such as a PS4 where if i push the options button on the tv remote control the options menu will not appear but when on the tv home screen it works just fine...what do i do?

Does anyone also find that your looking for an answer a problem that needs resolving, but you never get a straight answer you end up with a load of links to you tube pointless ads and email requests, and youve just gone round in big virtual circle and your still nowhere nearer to solving your issue, and you forgot why you was there in the first place,, or is just me lol 😁
