| Posted: 02 Jun 2020 10:54 AM PDT I'll start. Pixel 4XL, all the reviewers told me the battery life was awful. It isn't, I run it in forced 90hz mode, still lasts me a good day and a half. They also told me the screen is too dim to be seen easily outside on a bright day. I don't even have 20/20 vision and I can honestly say I've never struggled to see the screen in any lighting conditions. Finally, they told me project soli is a waste of time gimmick that barely works. I use it constantly and it works perfectly 95% of time. As it turns out, it's a damn good phone and I have 0 regrets about buying it. Anyone else have similar stories? [link] [comments] | ||

| Finally apps are becoming optimized for tall screens Posted: 02 Jun 2020 06:19 PM PDT Just noticed FB messenger and Google Mail apps have moved buttons to the bottom of the screen for easier operation. Specifically, when on-call on messenger and the 'compose' button on mail. Hopefully more apps continue to do this to make today's continually larger phones easier to operate. [link] [comments] | ||
