    News: Nekki released details for a new Shadow Fight Game

    Many of us have grown up playing Shadow fight 2 and later Shadow fight 3. Recently Game Developer Nekkir released details with a gameplay video for its upcoming team-based fighting game Shadow Fight Arena before it's release. It looks like it will another action-packed game like its other titles. However, unlike SF3, the game will be entirely PvP focused.

    Although the release date for the full version of Shadow Fight Arena is currently unknown but most likely after the open beta in 2020.

    Like the title says, I've been stuck at home for the foreseeable future and I've opened up a whole new world of video games! I am blown away by how good the graphics and stories are. I was hoping I could list some of the games I've enjoyed to get recommendations for similar games. Sorry if this post isn't appropriate this is my first time in this sub.

    * Forgotton Anne (I love everything about this game - the graphics, the detail, the message of the story, how long it took me to play)

    * This is the Police (I liked the first version better, because it was less focused on the fights/missions)

    * Oxenfree (I hope to play it again soon for different endings)

    * 80 Days (How do I go through Madagascar?)

    * Nobodies (so clever! I liked that there were different possible outcomes)

    *Thimbleweed Park (loved the story line, how long it took me to play)

    *Samorost 3 (beautiful graphics, loved the story and how each level was different)

    Anyone come across a game like Ultima Forever yet?

    Back around 2013/14 EA had released a game called Ultima Forever on iOS that was to be released for Android too. In 2014 it was shutdown.

    I feel it was shutdown because of their disgusting monetization methods. They had a system where you purchased keys to open up chests you would find throughout the world. You could earn some through the game, viewing ads and also just buying them outright. There were at least 3 tiers of keys I believe. Usually this would bother me immensely but I was able to let it go as I enjoyed the game and wasn't really in competition with anyone else playing. I don't think others felt the same which is why the game died, and personally I don't blame them either.

    The game wasn't very "Ultima" like. Some people were confused and were expecting it to be an MMO which it was not. It didn't have your typical Avatar theme going on either. It was just the Ultima name slapped onto a top down online ARPG. I enjoyed the graphics and loved the sound.

    With that being said has anyone who is familiar with the game come across something similar? Doesn't matter if its B2P (which I prefer) or perhaps F2P with the option to "unlock" the game for a one time fee.

    The aspects I am looking for would be:

    -similar graphics
    -similar sound
    -the open world exploration
    -dungeons
    -gearing up
    -similar combat/skills

    Simple enough I figure, but many of the arpgs I have been trying lean more towards the diablo kind of gameplay which I do enjoy, but don't want right now.

    [REQUEST] Competitive Android games

    I play Random Dice and Auto Chess currently. Here's what I like:

    Random Dice:

    • The good: There is PvP and PvE. A ton of unlockables with tiers. Upgrades. Use multiple dice at a team (like a deck) and have synergy. Achievements that reward you. Multiple game modes. No "energy system", I can watch an ad if I use up my daily PvE tickets indefinitely. And I can play PvP as many times a day as I want with no ads. All the ads in this game reward you, and none are mandatory.
    • The bad: Poor matchmaking at higher levels. A lot of useless dice (basically characters). Resource hog. Too much RNG.

    Auto Chess:

    • The good: Synergy and tiers. Play multiple people at once. Huge variety of characters.
    • The bad: Huge resource hog. Can be loong games.

    A few other things: I don't like games with touchscreen controls. In these games that I play, you drag and drop. I don't like games like LOL. I don't like games where you succeed by how fast you can click something. Doesn't have to be turn based, just not a clickfest. I usually don't like paid apps that are competitive because of the smaller player base, but if there's something out there then let me know. I didn't like Hearthstone because of the resource hog. If the game is a simple card game, it shouldn't sap my battery in an hour and overheat my phone.

    Can't remember what was called and I haven't been on it for at least 2 years. Was somethung java mog org or something like that, you could've found old games and as well when downloading or searching you could've select exact device that you have

    Levelhead or Dead Cells

    Hi all, just curious on everyone's opinion on this. I got approximately £7.50 in Play credits so I can either get Dead Cells (£7.49 launch price before it goes back up tomorrow) or Levelhead (£6.49). What's your experience, and which would you rather get first if you were in my shoes? Also how many hours would you say you could draw out of each of these games?

    Are there any good 2-piece controllers that can be strapped to the wrist? Like a Joycon or a Wii Nunchuck.

    I want a good controller to hold while in the treadmill and play on my tablet. And a Joycon or Wii Nunchuck style controller seems like it'd be best.

    I've heard Joycons can be paired via Bluetooth, but that the input latency is bad.

    [REQUEST] Best Slay the Spire like game

    I never played Slay the Spire but I've heard so many great things about it. I'm wondering if there's any worth getting into or if I should wait for StS to come out. Right now I'm playing Rogue Adventure and it's decent.

    • I'd prefer it to be free but don't mind paying a couple of bucks. Prefer not to have IAPs

    *Decent graphics. Rogue Adventure doesn't look great. I don't need AAA title graphics buy I'm not a fan of 8 bit hell, either.

    *Good amount of classes. I hear Slay only has 4 which is kind of a turn off. Rogue Adventure has 10 I think.

    With the Galaxy of Heroes...Drama I'm Looking for a New Mobile Game

    So, if you haven't heard Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes has seen some drama lately with account bans and general fuckery and I think I'm done. I typically play the game during downtime/while I'm waiting for other stuff so a turn-based game is a must, any recommendations for a good replacement?

    I just discovered 9th Dawn and 9th Dawn 2. Should I play both or start with 2?

    These 2 games look absolutely awesome. Been real sick of the play store lately, so I'm excited to find a game like this thats Buy to own, offline, and looks decent. Would you recommend starting with 2? I assume it has more features and more to offer being the most recent of the two games. Also, any thoughts on the games would be much appreciated. Thanks.

    Cthulhu Virtual Pet?
