I have an Android TV Philips 55OLED854.

For the last couple of weeks, I have found it turned on by itself in the morning a few times.

Does anybody have experienced that and have any idea how to fix that?

Sideload Launcher For ANDROID TV you will need to have Sideload Launcher install first, you can find it in the Google Play Store for Android TV on your device. You would then see and be able to run side load Apps from the Sideload Launcher app.

Set Orientation v1.1.4 https://www.mediafire.com/file/74xbhz951p5byhm/SetOrientation-1.1.4_A2ZAPK.COM.apk/file once you install this APP. You can find and run it in the Sideload Launcher open run Set Orientation from the drop down menu arrow in the app pointing down select "Landscape" then click OK. Ethernet on mi box, problem

    Posted: 22 Apr 2020 07:56 AM PDT

I have 'Mi Box s' and want to connect it to a flax utp cable. However, since there is no port for utp, I bought an embedded usb in an ethernet adapter (ugreen). It happens that the utp cable is a little wobbly and the connection is lost and returned briefly. That I can fit in somehow to make it more stable

    Force hdmi resolution

    Posted: 22 Apr 2020 05:32 AM PDT

Are there any ways to force the hdmi resution? Every time I adjust it to 1080p, for no good reason, when I turn off the screen (or restart the android TV) it then switches back to "auto" (and it goes to 720p),is there a way to force it to stay in full HD? Or to "remember" that display?

Is there any way to install Spotify for smart TV on an android TV box?

    Posted: 22 Apr 2020 05:16 AM PDT

The standard app is optimised for a touchscreen so it's very complicated to manage it by using an IR remote. I'd like to install a different version (smart TV or the old android TV versions) but nothing works. Is there any way to make them work?

Firestick VS Chromecast VS Androix TV Boxes VS "Insert any Media Streaming Device name here"

    Posted: 22 Apr 2020 04:57 AM PDT

So, I'm looking to buy a media streaming device in order to watch movies and videos on my TV. I'm completely new to the topic and I'd like to gather some info before buying anything. I'd like to use the tipycal streaming services (e.g. netflix, amazon prime video, etc.) and stream my personal content via a Plex server, being able to use Kodi with plugins etc.

Now, I have no idea what the best option could be and I have no idea how much I should spend to get a decent device. Hope you could help me in deciding what to get. If you need any additional info in order to help me out feel free to ask.

Disney Plus is Available on SDMC's Android TV Box

There is an increasing number of Pay-TV operators are embracing these OTT services as the must-have Apps for the consumer. Among them, Disney Plus is one of the most influential OTT providers in the world.

SDMC recently announced that Disney Plus is available on their Android TV OTT boxes, which means that operators can deliver Disney Plus streaming service to their subscribers via our Android TV certified devices.

Disney+ is up to 50 million subscribers

Disney Plus is an on-demand, Ad-free streaming service distributing films and television series produced by The Walt Disney Studios and Walt Disney Television. With a massive catalog that includes popular content from all of the media conglomerate's brands, including Disney, Pixar, Marvel and Star Wars, all eyes have been on the company to see how popular its new service will become.

This service launched on November 12, 2019. and it's now available in the US, Canada, Austria, the UK, and serval other European countries, and will continue to roll out globally. Within five months of the initial launch, the Disney Plus streaming service has surpassed 50 million paid subscribers around the world according to Walt Disney. Many of the operators, therefore, tend to add Disney Plus on their offering or platform as a service supplement, helping foster positive operational performances and improve customer satisfaction ratings.

Pre-loaded with Disney+ App, SDMC's Android TV solution can reduce the time-to-market for operators looking to launch Disney Plus service as part of their offering, helping them to deliver more rich video services and seamless experience to their subscribers.

Which wireless gamepad controllers are compatible with Sony Android TV?

    Posted: 21 Apr 2020 10:57 AM PDT

Sony mentions Logitech and a couple of unsupported gamepads that "may work", but their link offering further updates is no good.

Anyone know of a list of gamepads that will work with the newer Sony Android TV?
