In this game you're some sort of nightmare that is like a black, inky squid or tentacle and you're escaped from a mad doctor's mind looking for memory fragments to make the doctor sane again and you have to go through memories or memory fragments that are represented as levels with bizarre, colorful 3D environment where you can gather coins to upgrade your tentacle abilities, reach further to grab environmental objects to pull yourself further on the level and beat/avoid hostile dream fragment entities that are your enemies.
