GeForce Now on Android is pretty wild Posted: 15 Jan 2020 06:07 AM PST Hey guys, I don't know if you've tried GeForce Now on your mobile devices but it's pretty cool. Screenshot 1 Screenshot 2 Screenshot 3 If you don't know what GeForce Now is:
Just to be clear, my PC at home is not on and I don't even the game installed right now, it's 100% Nvidia servers providing a VM to play a game on demand. In terms of performance the game is very playable with some minor drops, gameplay wise I'm sure it's a ton better if you have a physical controller. The in-game settings can be changed all you want, just like you're on a PC. I suggest disabling Blur since it's generally not very good with streaming. I have a $150 phone from February 2018 and it doesn't even heat up as much as in some native games. I highly suggest trying it if you have access. No doubt the pricing will be relevant when it releases from beta but until then it's free. I have beta access since 7 months or so now but only remembered trying it now because I was considering streaming games to my TV. As a disclaimer I'm a pretty demanding gamer, I enjoy gaming on my gaming PC at high framerate on my ultrawide screen and all that jazz. While I haven't tried other services like Google Stadia, I truly believe this is the future of gaming for a lot of people that don't have/need powerful hardware. It will only get better with connection speeds and encoding improvements. [link] [comments]

Shop Titans - Banning is an issue. Posted: 15 Jan 2020 11:17 AM PST Those of you interested in this game be wary. You could invest time and money into the game and suddenly log on to find you cannot socialize, which is half the fun. I understand this game is rated 13 +, however the majority of the long-term players are older. I mostly encounter 25 years old +. Of course there are some outliers in this, but again I say the majority. Additionally, I feel like the moderators do not understand how business works. Any business person will tell you that it is 3 times easier to maintain a customer as opposed to obtaining a new customer. Then you add the multiple variable of people playing this game and sticking with it. You would think in a business sense they would be more wary of banning players that are not only playing but contributing to the game, not only monetarily but in game content as well. The appeal process is a joke, most of the mods, do not even bother reading your plea for a reverse. They reply with things like, your appeal is denied any further discussions will be ignored. This is a disgusting display of management. You think they would care or have compassion or even appreciate that you care for their game. You would be wrong (except for Tristan, he does take a loving and thoughtful approach, we could only be so lucky if the other mods cared half as much as he does). You can see this is an issue by the decrease of higher players in world chat. People are losing interest or choosing to converse outside of the game. The bigger issue to me is their ban process begins with the likeability of the player. Don't know the player? Maybe don't like their comments? Just sit and wait then report them for something mundane. In conversations people were banned the mods could see the additional conversations going on. They were disgusting and vile, but the person that said the least vile things was banned. This proves they don't care about the content only about what people may possibly think. I have not been banned once, but have lost interest in playing as I refuse to go along with this lack of regard for their players, and this abusive oligarchical system. In summation, Kabam this is an issue. I implore you to revise your ban and appeal process if not for the good of your players but for the good of the game we love. Currently this isn't a process but a complete and utter overstep. You can find a more humane, loving, and fair way to get the desired results. Then people would respect you as opposed to the current thoughts of the Kabam government. I would like to restate that Kabam Tristan is a godsend to this team. He is very thoughtful and caring. Additionally Richard is also an amazing person to have though he is usually removed from customer conversations as he deals mostly with the behind the scenes. [link] [comments]

Help figuring out a game name? Posted: 15 Jan 2020 09:44 AM PST Okay, I realize there are probably a million games that sound just like this and I only played it for a couple of days, so my info won't be great. I did like the game but after a few days it would no longer load up, so I uninstalled but I would like to give it a go again if only I could find it! It's an mmorpg. I think the tutorial started you off in a grass field where you got your freebie items from people in their wagons, you were called an adventurer I believe, and then a dragon(?) came down and one person helped you escape telling you were too weak to fight it. You fight monsters, the deeper you get in you fight higher level monsters. Again, I wasn't too far into it and I remember farming xp and items from the wolves and the big plant like things (I think) they were in the same area . I was playing around Halloween and there was an event where you went into a portal for the Halloween quests where I think they wanted a specific type of candy you had to get from killing monsters. Okay I know this is scatter brained and most of it is a guess but any help would be great! Edit: if it helps any it wasn't an auto play Edit #2 I don't know much about graphic styles but it wasn't blocky, didn't look like like it was 2d or like an old school game, wasn't pixelated, looked pretty realistic to me despite some of the monsters being made up lol. Obviously it was still animated but it was good animation's [link] [comments]

Trying to run a possibly depracated game from 2011? Posted: 15 Jan 2020 12:32 PM PST This game is a cyberpunk detective/noir point and click adventure and seems fondly rmembered by many. From what I can tell it was only officially supported on iOS and desktop. However at some point there was an android version with an .apk. ive found links to the google and amazon appstore but those are dead. I managed to get my hands on a set of apk and obb files and tried to install but the game crashes on boot. It came out in 2011 and I cant find much info about it. If love to see if I can install it. Is this just a lost cause? [link] [comments]

Games without predatory monetization? Posted: 15 Jan 2020 11:59 AM PST The biggest turn-offs for me are paid energy bars, time gates, and forced ads. I just want to buy a game and be able to play it without paying anymore or waiting on a pointless cooldown. It seems that every game I download for mobile has one of these, and it's exhausting. Even Galaga, which I used to have on mobile, doesnt exist anymore and their new version has ads after every three levels, with no option to remove them, even for money. Is there like a definitive list of games I can check out that wont do this to me? [link] [comments]

Any games with dungeons that work like Enter The Gungeon, NO SOUL KNIGHT. Posted: 15 Jan 2020 08:11 AM PST It doesn't have to have guns, just needs to have a procedural dungeon system with tons of loot. [link] [comments]

[REQUEST] good adventure games that have nice graphics? Posted: 15 Jan 2020 06:04 AM PST hi i'm looking for some really good adventure games that i can really dive into for a long time. i'd love nice graphics (since i own a phone with SD855 and i'd love to make the most out of it before it goes obsolete). i prefer free (i dont mind ads as long as they're not intrusive and also not p2w pls) and with a good storyline that actually makes sense. if it's priced reasonably though i guess that's good too. i don't love dragging roguelikes but i really don't mind top down games if it makes sense. i know i'm going out on a limb here but it doesn't hurt to try right?
