What game was worth every penny?

    Posted: 10 Jan 2022 06:12 PM PST

I saw this question in another post asking about games in general, but I figured it would be very appropriate here as well.

The goal is to build your tiny world and maximize the score by cleverly positioning objects. It's a mobile version of a cool web game Tiny Islands that we liked, but there were no mobile versions, so my brother and I created a mobile version.

Hope you enjoy. It's our first game ever.

[Request] Looking for a good turn based game.

    Posted: 10 Jan 2022 03:53 PM PST

I generally play rpg's but I'm open to most any genre. Is prefer no in app purchases but I know that isn't always an option. I've played most of the main big games, like final fantasy and dragon quest.

A mobile game similar to D&D for small closed group of friends?

    Posted: 11 Jan 2022 01:39 AM PST

Hi all, first post here. I'm looking for a mobile game with some if not all of the above traits:

    1. Progression is preferably only possible when played with other players
    2. Allows for 2-5 players per locked instance (similar to Minecraft when you only play with certain friends and nobody else can join)
    3. RPG similar to D&D where some players can choose to be a mage, warrior, knight, etc.
    4. Prefer to have higher customization in terms of build path, etc.
    5. Similar to Divinity: Original Sin would be a big bonus

    Thank you!

I am looking for something in the style of Clash Royale, while playing as a legitimate tower defense single player game.

    Any recommendations?

Offline Premium games with a lot of replayability? (Within 20 USD)

I have about 20 USD (1500 Indian Rupees) in my account rn, and I'm gonna get gift cards with them, so I wanted to ask about what offline games costing less than the price I mentioned are available on the Play Store?

Looking for quick vs games like Hill Climb Racer 2 Basically fast/short online vs games (doesn't have to be a racing game)

    Posted: 10 Jan 2022 10:35 PM PST

Im open to anything/any genre. Only criteria is that the rounds be quick/short. Hill Climb Racer 2 so far has been awesome for that. It's not live vs but it still works as you are racing the ghosts of previous racers.

How to play .swf/flash files on Android [TUTORIAL]

    Posted: 10 Jan 2022 06:43 PM PST

I was going to ask someone to test the app, but I got good results myself using Bluestacks.

Anyways, here is what you need:

    1. A keyboard that is able to connect to your Android phone
    2. A mouse that is able to connect to your android phone (optional)
    3. Webgenie SWF Player

Step 1. Connect your keyboard and mouse* to your android phone.

Step 2. Get your SWF files (Usually on The Internet Archive or SWFChan, the latter contains NSFW, so beware)

Step 3. Open Webgenie, and go to your SWF files

    Step 4. Enjoy!

*A mouse is optional in this tutorial as any game that just uses the mouse, like Bowman, can be played without any additional equipment. Other than that, you will need a keyboard to play a variety of other flash games, as Webgenie cannot implement an on-screen control system due to it using Ruffle. Speaking of Ruffle, all of the other apps use emulated, old versions of Flash, or plays them over the cloud in the laggiest way possible. These games might contain some glitches like missing text in Pico's School, or might be too demanding, such as Interactive Buddy. Other than that, all the other games I have tried have played without any hassle. This tutorial is meant for those who want to play flash games locally.

I'm buying a phone for gaming, please help me decide.

    Posted: 10 Jan 2022 10:02 PM PST

Hi guys. I'm currently trying to decide which phone to get and I've ended up at a few different options with different pros and cons It's only going to be for gaming not taking calls or photos. I just want something that is fast and stable for long periods of intense gaming. I have ended up at the following options:

ASUS ROG 5s Pro, ASUS ROG 5s Ultimate 18gb, Lenovo Legion Duel 2 18gb, ZTE RedMagic 6 Pro, ZTE RedMagic 6s Pro

I'm leaning towards the Lenovo for larger screen, inbuilt cooling fan, better battery life, 90w turbo charge, few other things...

Price is no issue, I basically just want the best possible gaming experience.

Argh... my brain hurts, please pro mobile gamers, guide me!

[REQUEST] Looking for a specific type of Idle game/s

    Posted: 10 Jan 2022 01:14 PM PST

Hello, I'm looking for Idle game that benefits strongly from active playing and I don't mean just make it run in the background with autoclicker but games you ACTUALLY have to play to benefit much better rewards, I think "Idle Slayer" is a good example, also a game I can progress with without spending tons of money. Bonus if it's RPG game but it's not mandatory, any recommendations are welcome. Thank you.

I'm trying to get a very old Android game to run. It's called Destinia. It doesn't work on new versions of Android. Is there any way to play the game?

    Posted: 10 Jan 2022 04:47 PM PST

After doing some research I came to find out that it wouldn't work on new versions, and at this point I'm getting very desperate. Any way to play old games? I believe this particular one is from September 11.

    text based rpg

    Posted: 10 Jan 2022 08:23 PM PST

I played this one unique text based rpg, lemme describe it ,

1 it has this die and repeat mechanic similar to dead cells and etc, but this one you can choose which starting item you want and its randomized, gor example

    • First run ,choices are rusty sword[+1 attack, 50% to miss] or trusty old shield[+2 armor, 7 uses before breaking] *Second run, spatula [ special property %15 to get gold on last hit ,+1 attack],pan [+1atk,+1def]

Its roughly like this is what i rememberd playing ,and it was pre covid times, and the reason i want to find it cause i switched to another phone before it bricked.

2 the monsters have healths and defence and there is also equippable armor with durability, did i mention that every item has durability?, Well anyways i remember roughly this one run i had where i got auper lucky items in the start that has special trait like i mentioned, i cheesed through the dungeon monsters but not the traps tho and also the pathways, sometimes when you go through a path you will lose a random item ranging from gear to a consumable, you can bypass this by having a specific item that you can sometimes by in a wandering mechant that appears randomly in the middle of the dungeon or after a mini boss fight

And thats where the gold comes in sometimes you can buy overpowerd ass items like a wall shield [you wont take damage while defending, but has a cooldown of one turn], its very useful in boss fights.

Well i think you get the point, and no ita not like those "DnNd lIkE chOiCe games:Dragong LOrd" its not like theyre bad but its what get shoved everytime i search for a list of "text based medieval fantasy games"
