Grey Star Quest (gamebook) - adaptation of the "World of Lone Wolf" series

    Posted: 21 Dec 2021 01:06 AM PST

All four of Grey Star the Wizard's adventures in the World of Lone Wolf spin-off series (by Joe Dever and Ian Page, 1985/86) have been adapted into a free Android game, by GDV, the creator of the excellent Lone Wolf Saga adaptation.

The mainline Lone Wolf series itself has already been adapted:

Lone Wolf New Order: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lonewolf.neworder (not by GDV but for completeness' sake)

I just started playing Teamfight Tactics and I was wondering what other games there are where you can pick up where you left off on any platform like TFT?

    Game to play/benefit from walking?

    Posted: 20 Dec 2021 08:39 PM PST

I recently got a dog and will out and about walking a lot. Beside pokemon go, what is a good game to poke at while walking that uses steps for something?

    [REQUEST] Story-rich choices-matter games

    Posted: 20 Dec 2021 06:52 PM PST

New to android gaming and having trouble finding games in my preferred genre. I like to play story-rich games that are not super mechanically-intensive-- I have poor accuracy and reaction speed. Platformers can be quite a struggle for me so I avoid those even if they do have a great story, but I have managed to get through a few that aren't super hard.

My favorite type of games involve dialogue options where "choices matter," but if those aren't available I also like exploration, mystery, and puzzle-based games. I also like experimental, strange indie games. Visual novels with user-input choices are also acceptable.

    Here's some non-mobile games I've enjoyed:

Story-rich w/ dialogue/choices: Disco Elysium, Beyond: Two Souls, Life is Strange, Undertale

Exploration/atmospheric: What Remains of Edith Finch, Gone Home, Kentucky Route Zero, Journey and Abzu

Mystery/Puzzle: Danganronpa, Oxenfree, The Vanishing of Ethan Carter, Return of the Obra Dinn, LA Noir

    Puzzle-based: Portal, The Talos Principle
