    Case issues with game controller

    Posted: 19 Nov 2021 07:15 AM PST

    Hello,

My current phone is a Samsung Galaxy S20 Fe 5G, and I'm looking for a thin, open-bottom case where the USB-C port is not blocked and easily accessible for a Gamesir x2 (switch ver.) controller. This controller uses the USB-C port on the phone in order to charge while in use, but my current case makes the phone unable to fit because the port is blocked. I have tried the official Samsung silicone case here: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08HPVNFY8/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_K76CFS8T7FVP5WMRYDJR?psc=1

but it was very slippery and hard to hold. The bottom of this case is what I am looking for though.

Is there a thin case that is a bit less slippery with a better grip out there that you guys recommend? As for a controller, I heard there is a Bluetooth version of the Gamesir x2, but I am concerned about lag.

If you have the same controller and phone setup, what case, if any, do you use? Any suggestions are appreciated!

    Looking for GPS Game

    Posted: 18 Nov 2021 09:14 PM PST

I am looking for a game where you need to walk to achieve better results. Tried to play ORNA RPG, but it does not require walking to level your character. 95% of a time you grind sitting at home. Pokemon Go has no motivation to walk too. You can capture max 20 gyms and get max 50 golds/day. If you live in a location with no competitors you have nothing to do very soon. Collecting pokemons does not require walking to new areas. You may stay in best location with good pokemon respawn rate or move between couple of such locations. As a result walking will take 20% of a time and collecting pokemons 80%. "Resources" game is good but it is too easy. You can drop mines everywhere and they still be profitable. Cargo rain can yield 'wage subsidy' item and if you sell it, you receive 100x more money than you have from your mines and factories. Trying "Off Grid" now, looks good for walking in the beginning. But as soon as you connect you factories and solar plants with cables you start to walk less. Graphic is not very good also. Tried to play Witcher Monster Slayer. Fights became boring in couple of days, same monsters same fight principles. I dont like cartoon games. What else I should try?

What is the purpose of the "Delta touch mods" section of the OpenTouchGaming website?

    Posted: 18 Nov 2021 07:55 PM PST

Is there going to be a section with extra custom source ports for Delta Touch? What is going to happen with that section? I hope that people are able to add their own source ports to the Delta touch app.

    mobile fps ideas??

    Posted: 18 Nov 2021 07:29 PM PST

in your opinion, what would make a mobile fps game kill cod mobile and other mobile fps competitors?

im a game developer with some experience in unreal engine and c++, and me and my team are looking to create a modern mobile fps within the span of the next few years. right now im looking for opinions from other mobile gamers to help make a game mostly inspired by what the mobile gaming community enjoys the most, whether its a brand new idea for a game or ideas imspired by other fps titles.

the game will primarily be a respawn fast paced fps with similar mechanics similar to call of duty, with weapon attachments/customization, primarily mil-sim player models, (longer time-to-kill than mw?) while keeping fast paced arcade-like gameplay. this is all subject to change with your ideas.

i expect to primarily release on android because i have experience in the play store, howver i possibly might release on other platforms down the road.
