Looking For A Good Coop Game While I'm In Rehab

    Posted: 10 Aug 2021 07:48 AM PDT

Hi all. My best friend and I who are states away have historically played Xbox together once a week for the past few years. It's one of my better avenues to have fun that doesn't involve drugs or alcohol.

Well, as the title says I'm headed to rehab for a few weeks to hopefully cut my addiction to alcohol. Considering I won't have my Xbox I'm looking for a good game that he and I could put time into while I'm in rehab. I'll still have my phone which is why I'm looking for a mobile game.

Now of course I'm 100% going to be focused on my rehab and for those reasons I'm looking for a game that we don't necessarily have to be online at the same time in order to play as I don't know how much "free time" I'll have. Think "words with friends" where you play "on your own time". I'm looking for something like that, but maybe something that feels more like coop that we're both working together on.

Any game ideas is highly appreciated. Thanks all, wish me luck!

Just got a Tab A7, looking for some more games to pass the time at work.

    Posted: 10 Aug 2021 09:17 AM PDT

I've been playing Creatures of Aether and MTG arena, and I've also dabbled in GeForce Now (I have a huge steam library), but I'm looking for some good native android stuff. I enjoy strategy and CCG, and would prefer things that don't require a huge amount of attention (since even though I have some free time at work, I do need to be able to stop/pause what I'm doing at a moment's notice when necessary). I also have an 8BitDo SN30 Pro+, so things that have controller support would be cool too, such as platformers, shooters, etc.

    Thanks!

    Your Suggestions for New games?

    Posted: 10 Aug 2021 10:45 AM PDT

Hi I got a new Phone Recently, Redmi 9t, already has Audio/speaker driver issues with some games cause MIUI

But what are some game you could all recommend me? Im trying to find a new game to invest in sometime soon and I dont really know what to play. Since most of the people in this subreddit already know more about androids games then I do I would like some suggestions

Games I have installed: Genshin Impact, Fire Emblem Heroes, Fate/ Grand Order, Call of Duty Mobile(dont play as much), Soul Knight, League of Legends: Wild Rift

The games Im looking for are: -Its okay for it to be atleast a few GB large, if its offline then I might give it a try -Not Heavily demanding in Performance, I already got Genshin and Wild Rift -Really looking for something that can be played offline. -Sports games are good. Football, Pool and Golf to start with -Something with a Large world is nice, -MMORPGs like Albion are fine -Particularly an FPS game would be nice but not too much stuff on the UI. -Racing games arent bad, havent tried asphalt 9 yet though. -War vehicle games like World Of Tanks/Warships isnt bad, just dont know why id play games like those that are more than a GB large. -Rhythm games like Cytus 1 and Geometry are fine with me -Something with Interesting or Refreshing Gameplay -Open world games like GTA are not bad. Gangster Vegas is just so hard to progress in though -Not to Grind Heavy, either in time nor energy -Doesnt take too much space. 2 to 4 gb is good enough

Some things that I really dont like in the games: -No Netease, Netmarble, EA, Blizzard or Nekki games, I dont like those companies and their games. -Not a big fan of "minimalist" looking games (Ex. Shadow of Death, Stickman Legends, etc) -Im playing to many Story Heavy games right now so No "Story based" "Story heavy" games atm. -Fighting games right now are no go for me, Im not good* "enough" for them yet -I dont want too many Ads, but please no games where there is like a pop up to purchase their Premium currency all the time. -Playing too many gacha games already, just started genshin a week ago and dont want to invest in a new gacha game rn. -Games that are obviously Ripoffs cough Netease cough Mobile Legends cough -Im finding Card games to be a bit too complicated for me atm. -NO TOP DOWN WAR SIMULATORS LIKE CLASH OF CLANS, GAME OF WAR: FIRE AGE, ETC. These games are just a so bad omfg

[REQUEST] Progression Game with no pressure

    Posted: 10 Aug 2021 03:57 AM PDT

I am looking for a game that I can play for 5-10 minutes between study breaks that has some sort of progression. More Info:

    1. Not like Farmville or township where we use energy to do tasks, it can be a city/farm game but not like these
    2. Not like Clicker Games (Ex: Trailer Park Boys where we click and earn money; although I love this game and show)
    3. Can be a little bit like Stardew but we know 1 day in Stardew time is a lot more than 5-10 minutes
    4. Something like TORN is also good but maybe with some graphics and not text (seriously no only text games)Thanks!

[request] I'm looking for light multiplayer games (things like Uno, not PUBG)

    Posted: 09 Aug 2021 10:02 PM PDT

Uno is just awful for me and had to uninstall it. completely rigged and just unplayable

I found a pool game that seems cool but it's only 1:1, I want something with more players.

I want to play with random people, several, in a fun game that doesn't need my 1000% undivided attention that is also fun

Know any Card games, if there is a board game that you tried and liked, a game with a collection of these games inside.... Etc

    ETA: free games please

    [Request] Games like brawlhalla

    Posted: 09 Aug 2021 08:14 PM PDT

Can yall suggest me games like brawlhalla. I don't like games that are time consuming or slow like runescape or like clash of clans where you devote so much time. I like games like brawlhalla, clash royale where you can just pick up your mobile and start playing, no need to wait for any upgrades or anything like that. I prefer fast paced action games, paid or free any will do. Thanks

PS: No fps either, it feels way too boring on a mobile

Edit: I also like bombsquad (incase this gives you an idea of what type of games I prefer)

Blutooth controller with two flat joysticks

    Posted: 09 Aug 2021 03:25 PM PDT

I'm currently looking for a small bluetooth controller for android, and while I want it to have two sticks for shooters I also want them to be flat like the psp one, so I can (hopefully) carry it on my pocket, I have been looking for a while but couldn't find anything like that, so yeah any suggestions?
