It's called GearSnacks (no space). Here it is in my AA app list screenshot Tapping on it when in my vehicle, there is a list of what sound like games. Just to clarify, I don't have an app installed on my phone called 'GearSnacks'. Short of uninstalling every app one by one, is there a way I can find out where this has come from? [link] [comments] |

| Install apks with company work profile? Posted: 12 Jul 2021 12:09 PM PDT My company has a work profile setup for BYOD that is administered through MobileIron Go. When I set it up, however, I lose the ability to install apks on my personal profile. This is kind of a bummer for me, as I do that somewhat frequently. I've tried setting up work profile using shelter, inside of VMOS, inside of samsung secure folder, and it either doesn't work or replaces the work profile from shelter. Has anyone else had a similar experience? What options do I have? I don't understand the restriction on apks in my personal profile since the work environment is sandboxed. [link] [comments] |

Since then, lockscreen appears gibberish. Steps Tried 1. Switched back to OnePlus default Launcher 2. Uninstalled and reinstalled Microsoft Launcher P.S: I have used Microsoft Launcher many times in this device anr never came across this. I have a feeling they are going to replace the phone and not repair it. I have a One Plus 8 5G that I am not using and would like to transfer all my application from the Pixel to the One Plus which already has some of my apps because I was using it before I bought the Pixel. | Okay,now my phone's internal storage is glitching Posted: 12 Jul 2021 07:40 AM PDT So i have Vivo branded phone,i was playing azur Lane and thought i would delete the data and play other games for a while,and when i deleted the azur Lane data,the data seemed not to be deleted,it actually caused my storage to have no space for data anymore,my phone should be able to hold about 14 GB of storage,and when i delete the azur Lane data,the data is deleted but my storage status is not deleted,so my total storage capacity is about 20 GB,some is used for the file system,7 GB for call of duty mobile,and 7gb should be azur Lane,and when i delete azur Lane,only the data is deleted,and my storage doesn't appear to have been emptied,now i can't play azur Lane without deleting call of duty mobile data,anyone have a solution how to solve this?or should i buy a new phone again? So at least on my phone, when you delete something it's gone, but if you go into the photos app everything you've ever downloaded is still there, and you can view it and even download it again. Do these photos and videos take up space? Should you get rid of them to free up space? I have a pretty big SD card and it seems like I'm always 2-3gb away from being full, and I don't understand where all this stuff is coming from. [link] [comments] |

Atm I have an iPhone XS Max 512 gig. I know close to nothing about Android so I need your help. I wanted to swap my phone for a used Android with similar value, preferably something about the same size and 256 - 512 gigs. Face ID alternative / under screen fingerprint scanner. I don't care about notches and / or punch holes, the main thing for me is high or adjustable refresh rate and good battery life. What brands would you recommend and what should I look for when swapping the phones? P.S. I am looking for a swap due to lack of cash, but I am selling my Apple Watch at the moment. | LineageOS to stock rom, save data? Posted: 12 Jul 2021 09:07 AM PDT I recently got a Google Pixel4a and put lineageOS on it. It's worked more or less fine, but there are a few massive inconveniences; my brokerage app is unable to use biometric login, as it signs me out every time; the location feature seems to be iffy, and it has trouble finding my location; apps are difficult to update through aurora store, due fo conflicting Play Service packages; as well as a few other things. I have no love lost for google, and I'd absolutely prefer to stay away from them, but unfortunately I don't see a way out from it. My general question, unless anyone has advice related to the above, is would it be possible to revert back to the stock google rom while keeping my apps and data? I followed the normal Lineage OS installation instructions, so I think it may be possible, but I'd prefer not to mess that much with my phone without knowing for sure. Please note, I can find out how to go back to stock rom fairly easily, I just don't know if I can keep my data. And no, I do not have TWRP or an image backup on this phone. TIA! [link] [comments] |

Does Google have an equivalent app for their ecosystem with similar capabilities? Not a touch simulator, a tool which clicks the mouse connected to my phone instead of me. As far as I know, prior to an11, mouse support was a bit wacky, the right click was basically a "go back" button. But now, it functions as intended on PC, and I need this thing (not gonna keep it a secret, for a Minecraft farm). Does anone know about anything like this? If so, please help!
