[HELP] How to save and export icons from one Android device to another?

I've just switched from my Xperia Z5 to a Xiaomi Redmi 9T. I'm having some trouble getting used to the new UI, and I'd like to make it look as close to my old Xperia as possible. Apparently I can't swap the Back button and Menu button so the Back button stays on the left...but at least I can isntall icon packs.

How can I save and export the Xperia Z5 icons and install them on my Redmi 9T using Nova launcher? Is there an app that saves a phone's stock icons?
