Where do I add my privacy policy on the play store? Posted: 19 May 2021 06:14 AM PDT Hi, Trying to add my privacy policy URL to the play store. Last time I did this, there was a specific field for a link to my privacy policy. Now there isn't, or it's been moved and I can't find it. Does anyone know where I can find it? When I google this issue, it's all tutorials & posts from a few years back, showing the old play store with "Store Listing" on the left bar, and a field inside that called "Privacy Policy". Have they removed it? Do I just stick a link to it in the end of the general description? Or am I just not seeing it? Thanks! [link] [comments]

An idea of how you could handle Error Views in Android using SOLID Principles! :] Posted: 18 May 2021 03:01 PM PDT https://pauloaapereira.medium.com/handling-android-error-views-with-solid-82a302bd36c Not long ago, I went through a project with a common problem in almost every applications, which is Error View Handling. Every application has its own scenario, and on this article, I describe to you the way I have approached mine. [link] [comments]

What PC specs are the android SDK developers using? Posted: 19 May 2021 02:17 AM PDT Hey guys, are there any info on the PC specs used at google, or even on the android studio team? I'm kind of tired of running into various bugs and problems caused by "my unique set up". A docker file would also be nice [link] [comments]
Posted: 19 May 2021 12:30 AM PDT What is the best way to go to create a web and android app? I'm looking to create a client to consume a back-end API for multiple devices. these clients should look and function identical or at least close enough and I want to prevent building a client for each device. How does android webview work with a web app created with Angular? Does it keep all the functionality and responsiveness something like bootstrap gives? Does it look and feel like a app? Are there good options to code in java and build for Android, web (like gwt) and perhaps other platforms? Or is it still better to create the client's for web and android separately? I'm not going to create something really big and complicated but I am interested in the workflow of big apps/websites with a back end. [link] [comments]
Android Screen Record - blank/fresh/clean user profile? Posted: 19 May 2021 12:29 AM PDT hey team! not sure this is the right sub for this, but here goes... I need to record an instructional How To video on my Android (Samsung) to take users through a process (installing a crypto wallet and buying a particular coin, swapping between Play Store, Wallet, Exchange, Wallet Apps etc...) Problem is I have apps installed already, history, autocomplete, notifications, etc etc.. Ideally I record everything fresh from a blank user profile - which would obviously be easy on a PC with a new user profile, but does anyone have any suggestions for an easy way to achieve this? Almost tempted to just buy a new cheap phone. Yes I know I can switch off all notifications individually, clear history, cache, etc... but if there's another way, I'm all ears! Cheers :) [link] [comments]
