| Posted: 22 Apr 2021 04:05 AM PDT To celebrate MiniReview reaching 25k total downloads (thanks for all the support! <3), I'm launching this huge giveaway in collaboration with 5 awesome mobile game developers. Even if you don't win, I hope you'll still support these (mostly) premium indie developers and their games. They definitely deserve the recognition! :) We've got 7 games and a total of 433 keys with a total value of $2,473 to give out, and the event can't get any simpler: just leave a comment in the giveaway thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/minireview/comments/mw29c4/minireview_25k_celebration_giveaway_2473_worth_of/ Winners are drawn at random, except for the Titan Conquest gifts, which are given to the first 300 new players (check the Reddit thread for more info). A HUGE thanks to the participating developers:Dead Cells + Bad Seed DLC by Playdigious - 5 keys ($9.99 + $3.99 DLC each) Dead Cells is a roguelike action platformer and truly a staple of its genre. Its quality is almost entirely unmatched, and it has scored a 9.3 on MiniReview, a 100% user-rating score, and has 4.7 stars on Google Play. The winners will get both the game and its brand new DLC. If you want to thank the dev for the event, they're active on Twitter. Paladin's Story (the Pro version) by Plunder Games - 50 keys ($6.99 each) Paladin's Story is an indie quest-based fighting RPG that has us travel through open lands while completing quests, defeating enemies, gathering loot, and leveling up to grow stronger. It's a great game for any RPG fan. The "Pro Version" removes all ads, unlocks 50 additional quests, adds a new end-game area, 2 skins, fast traveling, and much more. The indie dev can be found in his Discord server - be sure to thank them for being awesome :) Spaceline Pilot by Not So Casual - 50 keys ($1.99 each) Spaceline Pilot is a challenging bullet hell-like indie space shooter. Like most games in the genre, we continuously travel towards the top of the map, auto-shooting hostile ships, dodging enemy projectiles and obstacles, and collecting coins and power-ups. It's a fun time-killer with no ads or additional iAPs. Martin, the game's developer, is active over on Twitter if you'd like to send some love his way. Inked by Somnium Games - 15 keys ($3.99 each) Inked is an impressively beautiful point-and-click puzzle adventure set in an immersive hand-drawn world. Armed with an ink pen, we manipulate our surroundings by dragging blocks and ledges, traversing pits, and solving other fun mechanical puzzles. The art-style is fantastic, and the game offers a super unique experience. The Croatia-based indie dev team can be found on Twitter - be sure to say "Hi" :) Titan Conquest by Magic & Wires - 300 keys ($6 each) Titan Conquest is one of my personal favorite sci-fi text-based MMORPGs inspired by old-school browser games. It has received great user ratings on MiniReview, and is typically praised for its friendly community, cross-platform play, crazy amount of loot, weekly events, and high level of min-maxing. Although it has iAPs, there are no annoying energy systems or the like. The winners will receive a free iAP that normally costs $6, which lets you progress faster. The solo indie-dev is active on the game's sub-Reddit or Twitter if you wanna thank him. Evoland 2 by Playdigious - 5 keys ($6.99 each) Evoland is an RPG adventure game with over 20 hours of gameplay that was first released on PC. The game lets us play through gaming history, starting with simple 2D games all the way up to 3D shooter games. We essentially jump from genre to genre, but with a story that follows throughout. There are no ads or additional iAPs. If you want to thank the dev for the event, they're active on Twitter. Cultist Simulator by Playdigious - 5 keys ($6.99 each) First released on PC, Cultist Simulator is a roguelike narrative-driven card game set in a 1920s-themed world. It is one of the most popular premium card games on mobile, and scores higher than most games in the genre on both iOS and Android. If you want to thank the dev for the event, they're active on Twitter. US Google Play Gift Card - 3 Keys ($10 each) 3 people who didn't win any of the other prizes will get a $10 US Google Play gift card so they can go buy whichever game they prefer, courtesy of MiniReview :) These gift cards can only be used by US Google Play accounts (since I can't buy anything else online). | RuneScape Mobile is coming this summer on both Android and iOS Posted: 22 Apr 2021 11:38 AM PDT In a tweet from the official RuneScape Twitter account, it was recently announced that the popular Fantasy Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game (MMORPG) is now making its way in all its glory to mobile! The game is up for pre-registration for Android (Google Play Link) and iOS. While there's no official release date yet, the game will be releasing sometime this summer. Now some players might already be aware of the fact that the game has been in beta for three years and was only available to members who were playing the RuneScape subscription but it looks like Jagex is finally ready to open the gates for everyone. Additionally, the game comes with multiplayer support as well! You can read more about the news here. [link] [comments] | ||

| Compatibility between Android 11 and Desktop Dungeons? Posted: 22 Apr 2021 11:47 AM PDT Hello. I have a question about a pretty obscure little game. I just got a Galaxy Tab S5E tablet and was about to buy the Android port of an old favorite, Desktop Dungeons. However, I saw in the Google Play Store reviews that Android 11 pretty thoroughly broke the app. What's more, it's somewhat doubtful if or when the developer will get around to patching the game; it's apparently been months since this issue cropped up. So, is anyone here a Desktop Dungeons player on Android who has run into this problem? Is there a workaround? [link] [comments] | ||
| [Research] Games with a specific feature for the top 100-1000 players? Posted: 22 Apr 2021 05:39 AM PDT Title says it all pretty much. Just for context I work as a GameDev and I am doing some research so I though it was worth if I ask that here. I am mainly looking for pseudo competitive games, which offer a feature only to a specific group of players, lets say the top X players, like a monthly tournament. [link] [comments] | ||

| Games to help keep walking fun? Had a blast with battle suit runner. But it's abandoned. Posted: 21 Apr 2021 05:01 PM PDT And love strava. Not to into zombies run at the moment. Other games, or stories that just use sound for walking, if things go well and I get down another 40-50 pounds durring the summer, I might try Couch to 5k again. Untill then frustruting walks or light jogs are where it's at. Good game like things for walking or slow jogs? [link] [comments] | ||

| Can't remember the name of a physics sandbox game I used to play! Posted: 22 Apr 2021 08:47 AM PDT Hey guys, I have been googling for probably 30 minutes trying to recall the name of this game I used to play on my tablet. It was basically a sandbox where you could build anything you wanted and test it out in a little 2d scroller environment. The physics were super realistic for a mobile app and you could build really complex machines. The list of parts was really extensive with motors, thrusters, switches, wires, and lots of electronics I didn't even know how to use. People would build cars, planes, robots, Rube Goldberg type contraptions, etc. and there was a way to even check out other people's builds. You could even design a little controller with arrow buttons so that you could accurately control your car/plane/robot/hovercraft in the test environment. I'd really appreciate it if anyone remembers this game and can tell me if it still exists! Thanks a ton! [link] [comments] | ||
| Looking for 'Vikings: An Archer's Journey' alternative Posted: 22 Apr 2021 04:48 AM PDT I have played this game and finished it years ago. I have tried looking for alternatives, which contains a mix of both free runner and shooting, but found nothing similar or worth calling them similar. So I'm asking here, if anyone can suggest any game that has decent graphics/artstyle + free running + archery or any type of projectile shooting like Vikings: An Archer's Journey. | Is there a way to get a list of games like Pokemon Go on the Play store? Posted: 22 Apr 2021 12:11 AM PDT Games that are played while you walk around the real world. I've been playing Wizards United for a while now and it's getting really stale. I'd love to find some other similar titles, but it's really difficult to find them. It seems like there isn't actually a tag/category for these type of games. [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 22 Apr 2021 04:58 AM PDT I am looking for online only games that are in portrait view. I have a disability and won't bother explaining why I can only use portrait for now. I am looking for games that have quality gameplay and progression that keep you coming back for more and have regular updates. Nothing too pay to win please. Games like world of warships, fortnite, pubg, it doesn't have to be those genres but they are some examples. [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 22 Apr 2021 03:47 AM PDT Hi! After playing Siralim Ultimate on Steam for quite some time i was thinking about buying Siralim 3 for my phone. Can anyone tell me if a Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 is good enough to enjoy this game? For example i brought Terraria a while ago but it didnt make it to 30fps most of the time. I do think that there is quite the gap performance wise but you can never be sure. Thanks in advance =) [link] [comments] | ||
| [REQUEST] First person dungeon crawler Posted: 22 Apr 2021 12:45 AM PDT Just that, like Shin Megami Tensei, Wizardry, something like that, preferably lightweight, pixel graphics and no microtransations, just simple first person dungeon crawling [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 21 Apr 2021 07:34 PM PDT Looking for a game where you just look over a city and shoot things. No story or missions. Just free play target shooting. [link] [comments] | ||
| Looking for MOBA that can unlock all heroes? Posted: 21 Apr 2021 09:30 PM PDT Something like brawlhalla where have the option to pay one time to unlock all current and future heroes. Most of of MOBA have a lot of grinding and have outrageous price for buying the hero. Most of the time it's not worth it to spend money to buy heroes. [link] [comments] | ||
