| How to turn off Youtube alert? Posted: 27 Mar 2021 08:09 AM PDT My apologies if this was posted before but I could not find a thread. How do I turn off Youtube from asking me "Are you still watching" every few minutes on my Android TV? No, I am not casting from mobile device. Just listening to concerts and playlists directly on my Sony Bravia Android. Thanks in advance. [link] [comments] | ||

| Xfinity Stream App for Android TV box? Posted: 27 Mar 2021 07:56 AM PDT Hi guys, I just purchased a Android TV box from Amazon. It is the Easytone T95. I do not know much about Android TV boxes. I purchased this one because it had better hardware then my gen1 firestick. I looked into getting a newer fire TV device but the specs on all of them looked very low. Therefore, I finally settled for the T95 because it had a lot of good reviews, has a quad core A53 CPU, 4GB of DDR3, and a Mali-G31 GPU. I just hooked everything up and the box seams to be pretty fast. I have not had any hangups, buffering, or other problems relating to the hardware. I mainly purchased this box to replace my gen1 firestick that is outdated and underpowered. I remember with the firestick there was a modded Xfinity Stream apk that would allow you to watch your Xfinity TV lineup before it was officially released for fire TV devices. Is there a modded Xfinity Stream apk I can use for this Android TV box? When I install the Xfinity Stream Apk from the Google play store on this Android box and start it up everything appears to be fine. However, when I actually click on the channel or movie I want to see and click watch is when the problem happens. I get a message that says "Screen mirroring isn't currently supported. I am not trying to mirror anything. I am just simply trying to watch TV via the Xfinity Stream app on this Android TV box. I have looked everywhere and cannot find an alternative to this problem. Can someone please point me in the right direction? Link to exact error message. Thanks, Rocky [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 26 Mar 2021 03:09 PM PDT I have been using firesticks for years and recently bought a shield for downstairs. Looking for a new device to replace the second gen fire stick in my bedroom but don't want to fork out another £150 on a shield when the TV isnt 4k. Is there any other devices that are as easy to customise as the shield as I hate the effort it takes to make a fire stick nice. I'll only be using as a streaming stick. [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 26 Mar 2021 06:16 PM PDT Why does Google have such a lack of 4K content to buy compared to Amazon and Apple? Even absolute blockbusters like Terminator 2 are missing when everyone else has them, is there a reason behind this or do they just have the worst store administration ever? [link] [comments] | ||
| Apple TV+ Picture Issues on Chromecast with Google TV Posted: 26 Mar 2021 04:10 PM PDT Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue: On the Apple TV+ app, when I play non-4K content the picture will be distorted with what look like large pixels of black. I've tried this one two brand new Chromecast devices and it's the same result. It only does it with non-4K content. I tried the built-in Android TV on my Sony TV and it doesn't happen at all. I just don't prefer that because it's slower and it's the old interface. Edit: the Apple TV+ app also recently updated to 2.0 and it still does it. I've only noticed this with my iTunes purchased content. I haven't tried my Starz subscription yet. [link] [comments] | ||
| Posted: 27 Mar 2021 12:18 AM PDT I do have a speaker system but I can barely hear movie dialogue even after increasing the volume. Interestingly action scenes are really very loud. But I don't face this problem while watching cable TV. Is there any solution? Is there any app or something to adjust it? Thanks. [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 26 Mar 2021 10:31 PM PDT I am making my own m3u files and place the file in free Weebly site, then I use the link in iptv player on android (GSE IPTV and couple of others) but they show Zero channles while the same link plays normal on my computer VLC. | Posted: 26 Mar 2021 03:38 PM PDT Hi! my Mi box 4K after being disconnected About a week started to jam while booting - the xiaomi logo was displayed and then it went out all the time. then it stopped displaying anything and now it's a black screen. The red lamp on the back is on. I no longer have a guarantee ... what can I do about it? I will add that a year ago my pilot broke down and I bought one (photo)remote [link] [comments] | ||
| Disney+ on AndroidTV/GoogleTV sucks Posted: 26 Mar 2021 05:07 PM PDT Has anyone else noticed that the GoogleTV version of Disney+ is like a different version then it is on other streaming platforms? Its also very clearly a worse version. has controls meant for a mouse, rather then just pressing left or right to rewind or fast forward. also it's just like, laggy and group watch is like completely broken. It doesn't make any sense to me that just like, a worse version of the app would be on here when a better version already exists. [link] [comments] |
