| Posted: 27 Feb 2021 10:15 PM PST At first I would get an error saying my account couldn't be found, but after updating I now get redirected to the sign in/sign up screen every time I tried to sign in. Has anyone had this issue with the Netflix app on their android tv before? I've tried clearing the data, disabling the app, signing in and out of my google account and even factory resetting my tv but nothing has worked. I have a TCL BeyondTV5. [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 28 Feb 2021 05:24 AM PST Using a Hisense AndroidTV and after a recent update the hisense remote no longer adjust volume for the hdmi connected a/v receiver. Tried every audio related setting short of resetting the TV back to factory settings. Was the feature dropped? Thx. [link] [comments] |
| Posted: 27 Feb 2021 10:16 PM PST I have a Harmon/karton avr151s and a Tcl 70p615 ( it's kind of a limited version. Couldn't find it on any sites) the hdmi arc is not working I tried to restart both the avr and the tv I turned on cec on the tv and I can assure that the cable is connected to the hdmi arc port on both the tv and avr can anyone help me resolve this issue? | Getting an error with Google Play Movies Posted: 27 Feb 2021 03:30 PM PST On my Sony Bravia, it seems the latest update to Google Play Movies has caused it to have a constant issue when trying to play movies. When I try to play something, I get a vague "There was an error" with no other info. I have tried clearing data with no luck, and the only fix seems to be uninstalling updates but I know that's not a long-term solution. | Posted: 27 Feb 2021 02:51 PM PST I bought a Hisense 65 Q8G on Black Fridayand it's mostly been great. When Lord of The Rings was remastered to 4k I bought the 3 movie box set on Google Play Movies and 1 of the 3 movies I would experience the black bars switching from a true black to a dark grey continually, very annoying. And there was also some horizontal noise along the bottom of the screen. Since I bought on Google Play I also tried playing them through the YouTube app and they were fine. I figured it may just be an app glitch with Play Movies. Now I'm watching episode 8 of Wandavision on D+ and it's doing the same black to grey bar issue. 4k Dolby Vision. I don't have any display setting turn on like auto detect contrast, motion smoothing/enhancement/clearness, etc. None of those All apps are updated as is the TV. I did an uplug power reboot and still experiencing the issue. Any ideas or solutions? [link] [comments] |
| Can the number of thumbs/cards on a Android TV Channel be increased above 20? Posted: 27 Feb 2021 02:23 PM PST So I've set up Channels on Android TV (9) to display my Kodi content. Looks great, I get the Artwork, ratings and synopsis for TV Shows and Movies thanks to TMDB Helper and smart playlists in Kodi. The issue I have is that even though I have loads of content on a playlist the Channel only displays the first 20. Can this be increased? [link] [comments] |
