    I have a sony x750h android tv. Is there anyway to chose hd 1080p instead of uhd. When using netflix or amazon? Uhd fine for movies but not good when binging series. Especially with kids doing distant learning. Stupid Comcast terabyte data limit. Netflix and amazon android tv apps have zero options for this.

    CCWGTV external storage issue

    Anyone have chromecast google tv set up with external storage? I seem to have a problem when trying to add a flash drive 64GB or higher. It doesn't not read it, just comes up 'safely ejected' in storage settings. Not sure if it's an issue with the hub I bought or if it's the chromast that doesn't support 64GB drives or higher? ( Tried a few flash drives and works fine with 32GB)

    Mi Stick TV won't turn off LG TV(SIMPLINK)

    HDMI CEC is full enabled and all functions work, expect that the LG TV won't turn off. It turn on, and I can control the Mi Stick over LG RC but once I turn the Mi Stick off, TV will stay on with "no signal". (I don't know the exact model of the TV.)

    Looking for a TV Box that can play 4k Remuxes off a USB drive

    Hi there, I'm currently looking for any suggestions on an Android TV Box that can play 4k remuxes off an external USB hard drive. I've been looking at the Mi Box S but don't know if there are any cheaper alternatives.

    I don't really care if it supports Netflix or anything else in 4K, I just want a box that can play high bitrate 4k off a USB.

    How do I install Google TV on Motorola TV?

    I've recently bought a Motorola TV and I want to install Google TV on it. I've tried following this tutorial but my TV doesn't show the option for Network Debugging. I don't have a USB-A to USB-A cable, but I have a USB-C one through which I tried using adb. My TV still doesn't show up in the adb devices attached. What can I do now?

    Bravia constantly ejects external HDD

    I have a Sony Bravia XBR-X900E, and whenever I turn it off and back on, it will 'safely eject' the USB HDD.

    For some reason, if I check for a system update, it will then reconnect. This is the only way I have found to fix the issue, even disconnecting the HDD from the USB port doesn't fix it otherwise. It is getting really annoying to me, since even checking for a system update when there is no update takes way too long to do every single time I want to watch something from a local file.

    Add Chromecast w/Android TV to speaker group in Google Home

    Can this be done? Seems they will never get this going on the Android TV boxes, so was considering grabbing one for this purpose. Or should I just grab one of the old Chromecasts before they are gone.

    Android tv stick with play store

    Looking for a discreet Android TV stick (rather than a box) which can play all the apps from the Play store. I currently have a FIrestick 4K but I feel it is a bit restrictive in terms of what apps I can add. Any suggestions?
