    Hi

    I have Motorola Z2 Force which got stuck in a bootloop. I am able to go into fastboot mode but cannot go into recovery mode or factory mode from there. When phone boots I get "your device is corrupted and cannot be trusted and will not boot ".

    Unable to unlock bootloader because oem unlock was not enabled when the phone bricked.

    rescue and smart assistance tools from Motorola doesn't work on it.

    Is there any way to revive this phone?

    GPS & location

    [LE MAX 2][TWRP]Is there a way to disable touchscreen on startup on a busted screen and use a mouse to operate my phone?

    I'm putting together a small recording setup for when I fix electronics and would like to use my old phone as a camera.
    The problem is that it's water damaged and the screen apart from having some visual artifacts tends to ghost touch on random things after a few minutes, thus making the phone unusable, which is a shame since it has a 22MP 4K Camera IIRC!
    Is there a way to disable the touch screen input from the startup, maybe there is something that I can flash on the phone or some applet that I can run from TWRP recovery? phone is rooted and with Android 7 IIRC.

    Chrome asking for camera/microphone access when trying to upload a pic on imagebb.com

    So i went to upload a picture on imgbb.com since i dont really like imgur and it asked for camera and mic permission.Of course i denied it but i am wondering why it needed permission for camera and mic since i can upload pictires without it normally?

    Also on a paranoid note,am i 100% safe from that website using my camera or mic once i delnied it a permission?

    LG Phones & Mouse Buttons

    Can anyone say how LG phones handle mouse buttons?

    For example Pixel phones send left, middle, and right clicks to apps just like a computer does. Samsung phones on the other hand send left click, home, and back which makes many web apps unusable and reduces the usefulness of many Android apps as well (DeX mode kinda sorta fixes this BTW). But what about LG? And is it different in their desktop mode feature?

    Samsung A70 won't charge after Android 10 update - HELP

    Finally started using my samsung a70 again and updated to android 10, (obviously didnt read any of the issues). Now my phone won't charge and is out of battery. Is there anything I can do?

    I have a repairman coming next week but I was hoping to use the phone

    I see all these offbrand phones with insane specs on wish.com - Android 6gb ram 128gb hdd for like 60 USD. Anyone ever buy a phone from wish? What was the outcome? Were the specs even close to legit?

    Problem with the contact list

    I have a Oukitel K5000 with Android 7.0 and I have a recent problem that never before has happened to me, everytime I open the Contacts list and Phone number keyboard it closes instantly, like I know the contacts haven't been deleted but it just closes without even a "X stopped working" notification. I even tried to download other contacts managing apps but they close too. Can you help me with this unexpected problem?

    Lg v50 thinq the camera takes pictures and videos but when you go to view them in the folder its file type not supported.

    Problem with work profile icon on personal notifications

    Hi all,

    I have a mixed personal + work phone, with a regular Google account, and a Google Apps for Work account via Google Device Policy. I have Gmail and Telegram both in the personal area and in the work profile sandbox.

    When the work profile is on, the Telegram and Gmail notifications are all marked with the little briefcase, for both the personal and work instance of the apps. It's very annoying.

    Is it a common problem? Is there any solution?

    Android 10, MIUI 12.

    My dad set up family link for my younger siblings. There's an app (sticker.ly) which he would let them use, but it is Pegi 16, and the limit set is Pegi 12. My question is, can you somehow work around this, or there's no proper way of doing it.

    When I want to switch the wifi to 5g it says "can't obtain IP address" ,pls read details below

    So the problem isn't connecting to the 5g wifi network. The problem is when I'm in the far range the default wifi (2.4g) only can get so far ,so I switch to it from 5g

    But when I want to switch back after getting back in 5g's range it says "can't obtain IP address "

    The solution is restarting the router,but this is getting exhausting. Because I have to restart it everytime I get in range (With the exception of a few times when the switching worked just fine)

    How to get rid of this problem for good?

    I have Samsung Galaxy A71 (not the 5g version) And that's not the problem because I meant the wifi 5g and not cellular so don't consider the model of the device.

    UEM blackberry - privacy?

    My work provides me with an iphone for work activities, while I use a Pixel for my personal use.

    Last week, they announced that BYOD will be supported for Android (must be updated OS/security updates, can't be rooted etc). They will use blackberry UEM client to enable this. I have an option to keep things the way they are (2 device, or just use my Pixel only.

    This is very new, and not a whole lot of documentation out there. I saw this installation on a friend's pixel - it essentially created a separate work profile and it looks like work is a completely separate environment (incl a separate tab in app drawer).

    Questions: 1. Can my employer access my personal emails/phone call logs/SMS/WhatsApp etc? From what I read on the interwebs, it looks like they cant. Looked at blackberry site, but that is very vague. In my notification shade, there is a message stating that "your organization may monitor network traffic in your profile", and I don't have any objection to that. But I don't want them having access to my personal network traffic or apps.

    1. Can my work admins wipe my entire phone? Or only the work profile? UEM client is set up as device admin, so I suspect they can wipe the entire device.

    Any other things I should be concerned about? Not having to carry 2 devices is very tempting, but don't want to risk my privacy for that

    Phone won't charge after changing USB configuration

    Hi all

    Was messing with the developer options and I changed the USB configuration to tethering only.

    Now my phone ran out of battery over night and it will no longer charge. What can I do? I can't get into the phone to change it back

    I imagine it's that, the only other thing I did that session was update to Android 10,but same result. My phone will no longer charge

    How to charge your phone properly?

    Hello, so I got my Huawei y5p a few weeks ago and I've been wondering what would be the best way to charge an android phone? I know it's a really cheap phone, doesn't have any USB-C or fast charging technology, but I use it just for some social media, so I don't need a flagship phone. Anyway, this phone had standard micro USB and 3000 mah. So, my question is: What are your charging habits? I've heard about 20%-80% rule etc... What would recommend?

    Noticed but especially today when I was trying to move 207 photos to my sd card. It froze.

    Then when I restarted the phone sat 'off' for five mins. Same when I turned it on and off.

    Other programs are now acting up, lagging on loading screens etc.

    I'm hoping to avoid another factory reset.

    The phone is up to date and as far as I can tell has a gig of memory left.

    What could be the issue and how do I fix it?

    Not sure what's happening. A few times a day my phone takes a shit. At the same time, the fingerprint scanner, keyboard, and side volume buttons stop working for about 2 minutes then start working again. During this time I can out my PIN in and use the phone, though often it won't dial out a call until the systems come back. What's the deal?

    Question: Restoring Whatsapp after a month

    Hi there

    So my phone (samsung galaxy S7 edge) overheated a month ago and it's toast it's not working anymore.

    I had my whatsapp conversations and I think media as well backed up on google drive.
    Now because I don't have money to spent on a new phone I got a beat up old iPhone from my roommate.
    Now restoring the whatsapp data on iOS from the google drive back up is not an option unfortunately and I'm asking myself if I buy an android phone again and restore whatsapp will it restore everything and pictures as well and can I then transfer it to the Iphone and merge the conversations?
