    Bluetooth Controller options for Gaming on Tablet?

    Posted: 13 Apr 2020 12:50 PM PDT

    Eyeing picking one up for my tablet and currently leaning towards a ps4 controller. Will I run into problems pairing and using this for my tablet (android 9, Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1), or is it likely to be capable of working without jumping through any hoops? Is there any other model of controller I might be better off considering instead?

    I'd previously considered pairing my wiimote/classic controller but apparently this turned out to be non-feasible due to changes made in androids bluetooth, that I don't understand, so I'm concerned about what other gamepad models might have problems.

    [REQUEST] Strategy games like Trenches?

    Posted: 13 Apr 2020 11:23 AM PDT

    As the title suggests, I'm looking for a game on android that is similar to the old IOS game Trenches. It was a action/strategy game where you used money to buy units and essentially take trenches, similar to age of war. Are there any playstore equivalents that have the follwing:

    1. World War 1 or 2 theme

    2. 2.5D side scrolling type map

    3. Strategy/RTS style gameplay where you spawn units to win battles.

    Thanks!

    Are there still any more KRPGs or the like out there?

    Posted: 12 Apr 2020 10:34 PM PDT

    I remember years ago games like Zenonia and Inotia were pretty popular (wild frontier too but it was never released in android). They were story-driven (albeit mediocre to bad) and also had a job class sytem which promotes replayability. The UI of these games are used until now, which I like, but now krpgs seem to be nonexistent.

    Mobile Legends exists, but it's a team based arena game. Light of Thel has the same UI but is an MMORPG.

    Do we not have any more class-based single player games like inotia and zenonia? Or at least something as equally engaging as those.

    [REQUEST] Short Online Multiplayer Games

    Posted: 13 Apr 2020 09:11 AM PDT

    Hi guys,

    I recently decided to stop playing long match type games like arena of valor, pubg mobile and tft because it's time consuming, demanding and frustrating if you're loosing.

    I'm switching to Brawl Stars, Clash Royale and COD:M for those short burst online multiplayer games.

    Does someone have any recommendations apart from the 3 mentioned games? Genre is not important but needs to be online, multi (pvp or coop) and max +- 5 mins per match + fun!

    Thanks in advance for your answer

    [REQUEST] Are there any good Survival games that you recommend?

    Posted: 13 Apr 2020 08:24 AM PDT

    I love survival games but i can't find any good ones. I have played Minecraft, Terraria, Ark survival evolved and Life after (didn't really like Life after)

    It must be open world (not like those travel in maps using energy. Last day on earth, Stormfall, Grimsoul etc.)

    Paid or free doesn't matter. Just enjoyable.

    I would prefer good graphics but if its enjoyable its fine.

    [REQUEST] Exploration games

    Posted: 13 Apr 2020 06:07 AM PDT

    Can anyone recommend me an exploration game? Something like Terraria or Deep Loot would be perfect for me. Here are my criteria:

    1. Character development system;
    2. Challenging gameplay - that means boss fights would be welcome;
    3. Many randomly generated structures that make the exploration interesting;
    4. Preferably pixel art style;

    Thanks in advance!

    When I was younger I played this Android game and I don’t know what it was called.

    Posted: 12 Apr 2020 08:18 PM PDT

    It was a game where you had ships and you had to sail to other islands to gain materials. It might be a kind of old game. Low, 2d graphics, and a top-down view. Does anyone know what this game is?

    [REQUEST] Game similar to March of Empires, but without the pay-to-win element.

    Posted: 13 Apr 2020 05:18 AM PDT

    To further clarify, I like the way March of Empires is created (UI). I just think that there's a better game that is friendly for new players unlike March of Empires and is not pay to win.

    Any suggestions? Preferably similar UI, not pay to win and not time consuming.

    Looking for an old game with little running men, red, yellow blue and green maybe?

    Posted: 12 Apr 2020 01:45 PM PDT

    Title.

    The game revolved around distinctly colored little figures that you generated. There was an enemy that also spawned little men and like rock-paper-scissors you had to defeat him. The red ones could hit, the yellow ones could run fast (or was it the blue ones) and so on. The men just ran themselves, the game was about making the right kind of men at the right time. A little like Pax Britannica.

    I played it maybe 5-7 years ago - and couldn't find it in my app history - so maybe it's not from the play store...

    Any ideas?

    Help on Throne Quest

    Posted: 12 Apr 2020 05:19 PM PDT

    Hi Reddit Gamers!

    I am hoping someone can give me a tip on TQ by Valorware. I don't know how to access the area topmost center on the map. There are no walkthroughs available on the web, and I can't seem to figure it out on my own. I'm hoping that once I can access this area that will then open up the boss area, which I also cannot enter. Thank you!
