What were some of the most outstanding phones you have had or still have? Posted: 23 Mar 2020 04:22 PM PDT And what was it that made them special? For me, I have had many and these stand out: - HTC M7, was pretty badass for it's time, the speakers were absolutely amazing and the display, a 1080p in a 4,7 inch screen, the pixel density was soooo good. I still miss it to this day. - The M8 to a lesser degree. - The Lenovo P2, it was and still is the battery life king. - Nexus 5, it was just the right balance of everything with a cheap price, the plastic on the back was the kind of plastic I miss, rubbery. - Nexus 6, this was one big boye, but it was pretty damn awesome after a couple of updates. - Moto Z Play, also really nice battery life but the mods? made it amazing, especially the battery mods, dear lord the battery security you felt. Sadly all these phones have been discontinued obviously but they wouldn't compete today anyway. So what are your memorable phones? [link] [comments]

Google Location History - With Coronavirus, now more than ever can be helpful to you and your PD Posted: 23 Mar 2020 10:02 AM PDT I know some of us don't like being tracked by the big man upstairs, but now more than ever it's useful to have this... If you see an infection case in the news that is around your area, you can check your location history to see if you were in contact or close to that person at that specific time when they were as well (assuming their travel history and time is given in the posts). For those that are not aware, you can access this via Google maps
Take note. Especially if you need to take an "essentials" trip to the grocer and for those that ARE infected, please help our your local PD and share with them where you've been so they can notify the relevant people who may have been in contact with you. [link] [comments]
