[REQUEST] Premium Multiplayer Good For Playing With the Wife?

    Posted: 20 Mar 2020 01:02 PM PDT

    Hi,

For years I've been struggling to find some way to bridge the gap and play video games with my wife, but it just never works. She is so addicted to Merge Dragons that it is honestly kind of disturbing, so I thought maybe being able to connect with her on mobile might be an option.

All of the MMOs and pay to play games I've found are just disappointing as far as actually sharing game time with someone sitting next to you on a couch. Do you have any recommendations for a premium game I could grab for the two of us to go questing?

Something like Zelda or Diablo would be awesome, but whatever. I know Stardew Valley is an obvious pick, but the mobile version isn't multiplayer!!!! :-(

EDIT: it just occurred to me that I've never seen a co-op rogue like. Do those exist?

    Posted: 21 Mar 2020 11:41 AM PDT

So recently I've been looking for some really good games to play. What do you guys consider essential, must-play games? Any genre is welcome. Doesn't matter if it's paid or free.

[REQUEST] Looking for a somewhat text-based rpg series I played

    Posted: 21 Mar 2020 04:28 AM PDT

A few years ago I used to play a very interesting text-based RPG series which seems to have completely disappeared today. It was something along the line of games like Occidental Heroes. In that you started by making your character, and you would have to chose from different kingdoms from the game world, and then as you progress you would make your party and take missions from different cities along the way. In case it helps anyone, as you would travel from location to location, you would not travel on the map, but instead there was a screen with your party walking on the road, until you got to the next city or you entered a random encounter.

It was an actual RPG in that you had some multiple choices for different missions, there was a morality system affected by your decisions, you would buy new weapons and armors for you and your party and you could chose different playstyles depending on the skills you chose. All in all it was a pretty fun game.

I think the games must have been popular enough as there was a whole series of those games, I think in different time periods of the same game world.

    [request] New Game

    Posted: 21 Mar 2020 09:32 AM PDT

I am looking for a new game either coming out soon or has been out for less than 6 months that is as close to final fantasy xv a new empire or world war rising.these games are fun if you get in early enough to keep up before enough cash options are introduced to make it just a money grab. So if you know of a new one out or coming out soon I would appreciate it.

[Request] Need help finding a naval game I used to play

    Posted: 21 Mar 2020 07:49 AM PDT

Repost because last one was deleted, forgot request tag.

The best way to describe it would almost be an arpg naval game. You upgraded your ship and could put new weapons/skills on them. I believe you had 3 skills, one at least was a speed boost and another made you shoot fast as far as I can remember. Couldn't find it in my "not installed on this phone" list :(

It wasn't multiplayer. Stage based I think. Hopefully someone has played it and knows wtf I'm talking about lol

    [REQUEST] 3+ players online multiplayer

    Posted: 20 Mar 2020 03:34 PM PDT

Can anyone suggest game for group of friends? Game must be:

-online multiplayer (we are in different cities) -competitive (free for all or team battle) -easy to learn -playable with one finger, or not so complex controls -slow paced -fun :)

We played Risk, but we get bored and now can't agree which game to play next. I suggested UniWar but didn't find agreement, one friend suggested bombermen also failed. Thanks in advance for your suggestion!

    P. S. We are all 30+yo, former Dota gamers (noobs :)) with not so much time for games, but for casual gaming we can make online gathering

    Edit: formating
