Journey Online is a couple of months from release, so we decided to host a contest [DEV]

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 07:13 AM PST

Let me introduce you to Journey Online, a location based, co-operative strategy mobile game that is nearing its 1 year anniversary on Google Play, and its full release in Summer!

Our game boasts over 100 recruitable Adventurers, a plethora of upgradable equipment and skills to really help you focus on your Adventurers roles.

You can team up with 3 other players to tackle any challenge this game has to offer, and in some cases you will have to - we don't pull punches, and have designed the end game to be a challenge for any strategy player.

Sometimes its good to bring a friend

Come visit us on our Discord channel and join the community we have been growing!

Any questions or issues you might have will be addressed fast there, either by our incredibly active Developer or any number of our veteran players, its the easiest place to find a group to help you tackle any obstacle you might face, or even people to form a Guild with.

While the game might not look like any number of AAA games coming out regularly, I assure you our gameplay core is a beast, we drop balance, bug fix and content patches every other week (sometimes it takes an extra week for that extra good content, but its rare).

At its core, each Adventurer you recruit has one of four elements - Fire, Air, Water, Earth, you build a team of 9, array them in a 3x3 formation and go out to fight monsters, either in our static Field dungeons, location-based events like raids, or even our infinite scaling Tower of Heroes that earns tons of currency for more recruits.

Keeping an eye out on opposing elements and choosing the Adventurer with the right skill set, and equipment for the job will be important, and there is a crazy amount of items to choose from.

Should I go for more defense, or more damage?

We have done contests in the past to reward our active players, and our newest one went live today, if you are interested in the game I would recommend submitting an entry, the rewards are a great help to any new player.

But don't just take my word for it, give it a try and judge for yourself, you can find it free to play on Google Play by following this link - Click me! Click me!

EDIT: I forgot to mention, don't forget to use the promo code "ErnilLovesYou" in game, you will get a special belated Valentines day present, the code will last until the end of February only so get it while you can!

Can people please provide relevant information when posting game promotions?

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 06:48 AM PST

    • Title of game
    • Genre / Gameplay
    • Availability (Can we play it? If so, where)
    • Monetization method
    • Single/Multiplayer? Off/Online?

It's hilarious how many promotional posts lack basic information, especially when it's the developer of the game. Most, if not all of the above information could fit in a title.

And please spare the meaningless buzzwords. "Addicting" doesn't actually mean anything.

[REQUEST] Real time Multiplayer games to play with a friend in real life and have fun

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 08:27 AM PST

What I'm mainly looking for is a game that you can play with someone in real life, that is fun and requires skill.

We Used to play Mobile Legends (MOBA) for over a year, and we got bored by now.

We also played Avabel (MMORPG) back in the day before it got ruined by the developers

Just something that you could sit with your friend and play for alot of hours.

[REQUEST] Looking for a trivia game

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 08:50 AM PST

Looking for a trivia game that's not overloaded with ads, isn't just some kind of guessing game, and has some difficulty to it. I'm happy to pay, if the game is worth it.

Looking for a telescopic gamepad that can fit a chunky Mi Mix 3 + case.

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 01:58 AM PST

I have the Ipega Red Knight and while it fits somewhat, I have to gently squeeze it so the phone doesn't flop out. I was looking at the Saitake 7007X and its clones and wondering if its any decent?

Gacha game that's not a gacha game? IE similar progression without all the micro transactions and energy/stamina systems

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 06:32 AM PST

Is there such a game that exists? Don't get me wrong I love gacha games. Collecting units and powering them up over time is very satisfying

Is there a game with the progression of a gacha game without all the bullshit?

Most of not all games on the app store are quick games you play in short bursts.

I can play gacha games all day if I have enough ingame stamina.

    Any games like the above?

    Thanks

    Good android games

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 10:59 AM PST

The only game i play at the moment is Stardew Valley. All I see on the Play Store is crappy games from Voodoo and devs like that, so it's hard to find some good games. Any recommendations will be helpful

Looking for a single player game with a faction system

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 10:29 AM PST

What I mean by this is in-game factions I can interact with, and potentially form alliances with. I have found only a few games that do this, and something is always holding them back. Be it the game is modeled as a pay to win (metro 2033 wars), tough to actually play (steel and flesh) or too complicated to play/bad hud (birth of the empires or rising empires 2). Civilization does well enough, but I want something different.

Is there any good games like this, or am I out of luck.

[Request] Name of a game where you spin around scattered triangles to try and align it to some polygonal art (e.g. an animal)?

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 09:56 AM PST

This was a simple but really nice looking game. Each level you see a cloud of floating triangles/polygonal shapes and you have to spin this cloud around until it forms some sort of shape (essentially the angle you look at the cloud determines whether you just see a mess of triangles or whether you see a coherent piece of polygonal art)

    Does anyone know the name?

[HELP] Connecting my Google Play account to Parallel Space/Alternative Storage App?

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 12:49 AM PST

Now to explain, i am using Parallel space because it allows me to use apps such as Game Guardian on some offline games. What i want to do is make in game purchases my google play wallet, and have these purchases connected with my account for safety. Would this be somehow possible to do with Parallel Space or an Alternative app that does a similar thing?

Trying to find an airport game

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 12:06 AM PST

I remember playing a game quite a while ago, top down view, controlled planes coming in for landings but also had to maintain the runways as well. I can find plenty of plane controller games, but not with the runway maintenance part.

    Posted: 22 Feb 2020 08:15 AM PST

    Link to game: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=apps.devpa.breakcode

    Version 1.0.2

Break CODE is a cryptography logic puzzle game, where you have to decipher or cipher and get the word or the code depending on the levels you are playing.

The levels become more challenging as you complete the levels, each level has 3 hints that will help you to solve the puzzles. The levels are not easy as you think.

Enjoy and train your brain solving these puzzles.
