Disappointed with Diablo Immortal's MTX structure, any similar games out there with no P2W BS?

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 12:14 PM PDT

Was actually looking forward to Diablo Immortal but the predatory P2W MTX is possibly the worst I have ever seen in any game ever. I've been itching for a loot base ARPG for awhile now, anything else good out there?

I am looking for a good card game to play (more strategy and variation in cards and decks the better) but I won't pay money to it. What card games do you think are good and an F2p can be competitive enough in it after a while (learning the game and meta and building some decks and stuff) ?

    Posted: 05 Jun 2022 02:16 AM PDT

Exactly as you read in the title I am looking for a card game to play as I love card games. But sadly I am in no position to pay money to it so I need a game that can be played competitively (even If It is going to take a while If the game has some decks required to build) without paying money to it, in another words If the said game has OP cards that are money gated or has its meta constantly changing to the point that one has to pay money to build the new meta decks otherwise cannot keep up with the meta It would not be ideal. I know I might be asking a bit much but If there are any good card games that fits/can be competitively played without paying money please recommend me.

[DEV] Broki - Blocks and Demons in a classic puzzle with a different twist for each Sin

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 09:15 AM PDT

I need a game that'll scratch my brain-itch not so much for building as for expanding, organizing, etc.

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 09:33 AM PDT

I've been dying for a game with that feeling of like town-building/ expanding in a videogame. Not so much building in the sense of Rollercoaster Tycoon or a city sim, but like Dark Cloud or Majula, something/somewhere cozy.

Years ago I was addicted to a dragon hatching/breeding game on a floating island it was perfect. The vibes were very relaxed, the music was very nice, I could get immersed and attached to the island, organize a nice garden area and set paths, etc. This was like, 2012-2014 tho.

I also got addicted to like a Jurassic Park park building game, which was nice, but the vibes were not as comfy.

Even just expanding your party in some Ragnarok game I played back in 2017 scratched that itch.

    Any suggestions?

Trying to find a Poker game I can't remember

    Posted: 05 Jun 2022 01:22 AM PDT

Hi, sorry it's not really a "seeking game recommendation" but some months ago (more like a year) I downloaded a good online Poker game, it had a normal mode and another mode with items like a bomb to destroy opponents cards or things like that. You could "tip" the dealer for free one time. On the Icon of the game it had a guy like a king or more like a guy with a white wig I can't remember exactly.

I tried to search it in my uninstalled apps on google play but I can't find it so it either got deleted or changed name or I'm going crazy.

Thanks if anyone can remember the game, also it was rated good like more than 4 stars.

Final Fantasy 7 on android has annoying game booster bar.

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 06:24 PM PDT

I got it to go away through the settings, but now the game just crashes all the time. Anyone know some trick to get this working right? That white bar at the bottom of the screen has game booster options , when I disable that, I still get a white bar showing the android options to minimize or exit the app. I got rid of that bar too through the android settings.

Looking for an old game's name

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 11:09 PM PDT

There was this really old game that I played as a kid on android. It was about a scientist's inventions. Basically was a puzzle game. The name had the word "invention" in it I think. Anyone got anything?

Looking for more information about materials that can be used on touchscreen

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 11:00 PM PDT

Hi, I am looking for more information about what materials can influence touchscreens. I am looking to build something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Vakili-Joystick-Control-Controller-Android/dp/B07CG8BS6P
but buttons. I found this material can influence the touch screen: https://www.amazon.com/Multicomp-Density-Non-Corrosive-305x305x6mm-2-Pieces/dp/B071G74PGW

I looking to see if there was some material that I can 3d print?

I also am interested in the rubber/silicone that is used on it? It is very nonslip, kinda sticky, and absorbs dust like crazy. But I have no idea what the name is? Can anyone name the material?

I have a small prototype but I want to improve it with better materials. If anyone can help I would greatly appreceate it.

Searching for a turn based artillery game

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 09:25 AM PDT

Reformatted my post so it's allowed, thanks for the help.

    Multiplayer game

    Artillery turn based game

    Online/offline doesn't matter

    Free/paid, doesn't matter just not completely p2w (I know that's a hard ask)

    Portrait or landscape doesn't matter

Key features doesn't matter, just would love a competitive and/or casual game that was like Gunbound on the pc I played years ago. I know they have a mobile gunbound version but I've heard it's overly p2w.

Looking for a lost or deleted game

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 10:10 PM PDT

Hi everyone, i come seeking knowledge in hopes of finding a game that for some reason I deleted and when I felt ready to play, I couldn't find. I'm afraid it was deleted from the play store.

I don't remember a single thing about the name, all I remember is being on a spaceship, the game was kind of a point and click (like submachine games) puzzles like The Guides Axiom, and the game was in a high contrast monochromatic setting, very SinCity-esque, I would be thankful if anyone knows the name and/or can refer me to a lost games thread.

    RPGs with other fight mechanics

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 04:02 PM PDT

I'm looking for preferably RPG style games but in which the fights use some different mechanic, like match 3 or pinball or pool or sudoku or whatever, the weirder or more unique the better.

I started looking for something like this because I was remembering digimon links which was shutdown and used a mechanic in which you had to combine cards so that your digimon would attack and started looking at games that had weirder gameplay like that.

Need help finding a specific game

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 05:14 PM PDT

I played this battle Royale game a while back and can't seem to find it (which might be a sign it's a dead game). You fight other people with monsters and they level up as you win and gain exp. It was a darker looking game, not cartoony. All players were on a big verses map like a fighting game, and fought at random. Does anyone have any clue what I'm talking about? I hope this is a good enough explanation.

    Any roguelike games?

    Posted: 04 Jun 2022 04:51 PM PDT

I was looking for something with rewards such as random perks each time you level up (like archero or heroics) or with different bonuses/cards each time you defeat an enemy (like rogue adventure or the dungeons in hearthstone).

I have a few mobile games I absolutely love and would love for you guys to try them or maybe you already have, bullet league would be the first, it's a 2d battle royale platformer, and the second being creatures of aether, a really fun game that plays a lot like the original Skystones from Skylanders
