I'm looking for a game like Auralux that had an Advanced mode Posted: 31 May 2022 03:06 PM PDT I'm looking for a game that I played a few years ago, at first i thought it was Auralux, or it's sequel "Constellations", but after playing them now, i discovered they were not the game i'm looking for. It was the exact same gameplay and graphics, with one major difference: it had an advanced mode, where you could set 2 or more rally points for your units instead of just 1 like in Auralux games. in Auralux: you select a planet, and you can target 1 location where your produced units will go to. in the game i played: you select a planet, and can target multiple locations where your produced units will go to, which allows you to automatically split them and create complexe flows. I played the game sometime around 2016, if you also have played it and remember the name, please let me know. [link] [comments]
Posted: 31 May 2022 02:52 PM PDT Hello everyone, My name is Michael and I'm a 24-year-old developer from Jersey c.i. and just finished developing Card Twister, a freemium model party game as an indie project. I would absolutely love to get feedback from the community and hear what you think! Here are the key links, the game is free to play and has tons of free cards available to enjoy: iOS App - https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id1525276104#? Android App - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aks.cardTwist Website - https://card-twister.com/ platform=iphone Why a party game app?Although there are a ton of online party games, they're beset by a number of common problems. With a limited number of card types available in most party apps, the games can get tiresome quickly. When you add unjustifiably high subscription prices to the mix and the fact that many of the most downloaded party apps are so littered with bugs they're virtually unplayable, there's a huge self-inflicted hole in the market. I am striving to introduce the higher quality found in physical card games into the digital space. I hope to cultivate real connections and feel strongly that building communities is what it's all about, not just financial profit, and this crucial fact is something that has been overlooked by our competitors in this space. What is Card TwisterCard Twister is a brand new iOS and Android card-based party game with 12 categories of fun-filled cards that will have you and your friends gagging for more. Each game provides a variety of different types of cards available, including the following: - Categories - Stories - Charades - Most likely to - Never have I ever - Truth or dare - Spin the bottle - Tongue twister - Face-off - Wink murder - Two truths and a lie [link] [comments]

Mirage Realms vs Laurum Online RPG Posted: 31 May 2022 05:17 PM PDT Hi all, Does anyone have any experience with both, or is currently active? I like both of them, just want to see which one is "healthier" and has an active playerbase. Discord is about the same, reviews are about the same, so I'm hoping someone has an opinion. Any advice is appreciated! Mirage Realms: https://www.miragerealms.co.uk/devblog/ [link] [comments]
Why aren't big mobile games on steam ? Posted: 31 May 2022 04:49 PM PDT Why aren't more huge mobile games that make companies big money available on steam? Stuff like Clash of Clans/Clash Royale, SWGOH, Raid? Even casual moneymakers like Candy Crush or Angry Birds and its infinite spin offs. Steam has millions and millions of user and tapping into this marketplace surely would be more than worth there while no? It can't be that hard to get these games working on PC, they all run on Bluestacks. Would this not be an easy source of alot of extra players ? What's the downside? Now I know specifically Raid is available elsewhere on PC (they want you to download there client) but surely they would get WAY more PC players by making it easily available on steam. Anyone casually interested in videogames who has a PC has steam. When you make the barrier of entry something like Bluestacks the % of PC users who are willing to do something like that goes way down IMO. What's the deal ? [link] [comments]
