    If anyone factory reset android tv without oem remote or the remote was discontinued read this. I bought 3 different remote off Amazon with no luck pairing and was stuck on the set up welcome page. 2 weeks later I finally went and bought a cheap USB mouse from Walmart and connected to tv USB port. It worked and I finally set up tv without remote. It only works on Android tvs I believe. I have a xbr-43x800d sony bravia tv. Hope this helps someone!

    Not liking the android tv remote under the Google tv app.

    The lazy in me hates opening the app and clicking the remote to control the tv. Theres times when I need to do a quick volume adjustment, I'll have to go to the app and reconnect to the specific tv I want to control. Takes sometimes half a minute to do something that was quick previously.

    Anyone else have this problem?

    "Mini Wireless I8 keyboard" remote suddenly stopped working

    So i bought this wireless keyboard/mouse online for a couple of months now and it worked just fine until suddenly it stopped working. there are three light indicator below the volume racker and the third light is just blinking orange. i've tried searching for solution and i've seen tons of people had the same issue but the solutions i've found from youtube videos are quite unintelligible. i just really need this keyboard to work because the stock remote that came with my android tv box sucks so any help would be much appreciated!

    used friends smart tv (connected to youtube via google account, without login)

    quick boomer question - does anyone know whether the fact that ive connected a youtube video to my friends smart tv mean that she now has access to my google account? the youtube account was linked to my google and as soon as I sinked the video, it showed that it connected to my google account?

    Built in Chromecast + Wireless keyboard slow mouse movement

    I cast my desktop pc to my android tv (hisense Q8G) and I found out that using wireless keyboard with transmitter on my pc is kinda slow when I use the trackpad its kinda delayed. Any way to fix this or it will stay like that? I am only 10 feet away from my PC. Thanks

    Netflix not running on TCL Smart Android TV

    I need serious help with resolving this Netflix issue on my TCL 65C725 TV. This TV runs on Android 11 OS.

    Launching Netflix gives the error code ui-800-3 (307006). I have tried all I can without success.

    The TV came with Netflix v 8.1.0 build 3808 and I have tried other version ranging from Netflix versions 6 to 8. Versions 6 and 7 are not supported on the TV. Several version 8s give the same error code ui-800-3 (307006). Updates from the Google Play Store does not work either.

    What can I do? I have 4 of these TVs and I'm really frustrated.

    What are the best budget options for casting music?

    I'm looking for something fairly cheap that would allow me to cast music to it trough Spotify or Youtube. I've got a 1080p TV atm with plans of possibly going 4k in the future, however I don't use any streaming platforms and I don't watch YouTube on my TV often either, so I don't think that will be a big issue.

    I'm located in Europe, Lithuania, and from what I've seen, the options would be the regular chromecasts & Xiaomi Mi TV Stick. The Xiaomi stick seems like a better option as it comes with android TV at the same price point as the chromecast, however I'm wondering if there are any downsides to it, such as software & app support?
