Where do you find new games?

    Posted: 18 Oct 2021 08:05 AM PDT

I am searching for newly released games, or that are in beta right now. Where is your "place to go" when you want to find a new game to play (besides reddit :P )

    Some pc maker simulator

    Posted: 18 Oct 2021 03:06 AM PDT

I have searched thru probably all the pc creating simulators GAMES I ALREADY HAVE/I DONT LIKE: 1.PCAA - GFG 2.PC creator simulator - B&Y Games 3.PC Building Simulator - amin apps 4.PC Creator - UltraAndre Preferred: something that is more like PCAA or PCCS Perfect match: Something like computer tycoon (Progorion)(pc) but on android

Please, tell me there are more than these 4 pc creating simulators, since PCCS wasn't that long on google play and is still underdeveloped i think it isn't enough. PCAA has got a very long update that i don't want just to wait

Developer's Clarification About Google Play's Review System - Editing/Removing Review

Developer's Clarification About Google Play's Review System - Editing/Removing Review

I see a few posts about Google's review and ratings about how developers keep deleting comments and all. So, I decided to give some clarification based on my experience as a developer and I hope this gives some clarification.

    Deleting Reviews

No, we are not able to manually do this. We can, however, report it to Google and ask for it to be removed. If the review is against their policy, they will remove it. You can find the policy here:

    https://play.google.com/about/comment-posting-policy/

Having said that, as we are no where near as big as Genshin Impact or Hearthstone who had recently experience review bombing, we do not have any experienced about the process / criteria of review bombs removal.

    Editing Reviews

    https://preview.redd.it/n9ctfhadg5u71.jpg?width=917&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=513532882c8a4ef0328a3bda8ef80c03664eb6a1

As accused on the photo attached... no, we have NO WAY to edit your review. This is impossible unless we manage to get a hold of your account information and login using your account. The more likely scenario is that someone else in your family changed it for you.

    Bonus

We have had several occasions where we merely reply to players' review (1-5 stars), and the players accused us that we delete their review.

But, in truth, on our play console, we can still see the players' review history. We are not sure why they think we delete it since, as mentioned above, we won't be able to delete reviews/comments unless we reported it to Google. Besides, why would we delete a 5-star review?

If it is displayed as no review, there must be something wrong with the Play Store review/rating system.

I hope this gives some clarification regarding this issue.

    Which game should I try?

    Posted: 18 Oct 2021 02:05 AM PDT

Help me choose between those games please:

    - Stardew Valley
    - Crashlands
    - Dead cells
    - Forager

I love gear upgrading, loot, building,... I don't mind if the game is grindy, but I want to be able to play now and then and enjoy it. I'm very interested in dead cells, but I wonder if it's not too hard without controller. Crashlands seems very interesting altough I have read some comments that it's repetitive... I have a already tried forager and stardew valley for like 1 hour each and enjoyed them, but wasn't immeditialy addicted.

    Any recommendations are welcome!

    A simple afk/idle game?

    Posted: 18 Oct 2021 01:21 PM PDT

Hey y'all, I'm looking for a simple afk/idle game in the vein of idle heroes? I've tried afk arena and didn't like it. I want something with monsters that i can collect and preferably not too pay to win heavy. I like being able to leave the game for like 12 hours and come back to loot but also have the option to actively play for half an hour or so if i want. Like, I don't want it to be a two minute check in, if that makes sense? I also like anime, pixel art, and stylized games so those would be cool but I'm not super picky ab that. I also don't really want the non idle mechanics to be too skill reliant since I'll probably only be playing it to relax and collect shit. Sorry, this is longer than i expected but thanks in advance for any recs!

    Experiences with the Ipega 9083S

    Posted: 18 Oct 2021 10:24 AM PDT

I've been scouring the internet for information about this telescopic controller.
I'm looking for a telescopic one that I can use for my Galaxy Tab S6 lite and seemingly Ipega are the only ones making controllers compatible with tablets.

A lot of people say the sticks are inaccurate, and that it's impossible to do precise movements. But then there are so many people saying it's a fantastic controller.
I've also seen people who's said that the 9083S has better sticks than their other controllers. And especially after some magic firmware update.

Basically, would there be anyone on this sub that happens to own the 9083S that could enlighten me?
I just need to know if it's actually worth spending $45 on this, or if I'm just out of luck in my search for a telescopic controller compatible with my tablet.

Android Phone With Great App/Game Optimization?

    Posted: 17 Oct 2021 08:51 PM PDT

So I currently have an iPhone XS Max as my daily driver and use an Asus ROG Phone 3 as a secondary gaming phone. Swapping between the iPhone and ROG phone, it's very obvious app and game optimization is much better on my iPhone. Games, for example, usually seem to play at the correct resolution for my iPhone, vs some games (pubg, codm, LifeAfter) looking like they're at 80-90% resolution scale on my ROG phone. This has been the case for previous Androids I've owned too like the red magic 6, oneplus 8, Galaxy s10e, and Galaxy tab s7 especially. Some games though (wild rift, clash of clans) there is virtually no difference leading me to believe these are fairly well optimized for my particular Android. Even though my ROG phone is significantly more powerful then the iPhone, games generally look better on the iPhone.

My question is, is there a powerful Android phone out right now with great optimization with games and apps like Instagram, tiktok, etc (these also seem lower quality on the ROG phone vs my iPhone)? I'd like to fully make the switch to Android for many reasons, but I can't help but feel I'll regret it if visuals in games end up being a downgrade like they are with my current android vs iPhone. Some phones I've been looking at are the Oneplus 9/9 pro or the Galaxy S21 5G/S21 Ultra. Can anyone chime in on how those phones or others fair against iPhones? Any help I'd appreciate.

What are some good non-gacha games?

    Posted: 17 Oct 2021 03:42 PM PDT

I'm looking for some good non-gacha games for Android. You can exclude Stardew and Terraria as I have them on PC.

Something that doesn't have gacha or time gates because I am so tired of that I want something I can play and enjoy normally.

EDIT: Paid games are welcomed to.

[REQUEST] I want a gacha game that DOESN'T have an "anime style"

    Posted: 17 Oct 2021 01:23 PM PDT

Hello! I was looking for an Android game with a gacha mechanic, and without an anime style. A good example is Cookie Run: Kingdom. It can be any gameplay style, but it's gotta have a gacha mechanic.

something online that plays kinda like Legend of Grimrock?

    Posted: 17 Oct 2021 02:22 PM PDT

Like the title says, I am looking for something like Legend of Grimrock gameplay wise, but that has online features like a chat, market and maybe coop stuff.

Maybe also just with a hub and short quests you delve into.

It doesn't have to be pretty, just close to LoG
