Looking for a game where you're essentialy doing a job, like in Stardew Valley (not survival, just a fun "job simulator")

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 02:32 AM PDT

I am a big fan of Death Stranding's gameplay, and I like Stardew Valley on android cause it plays well and is actually engaging with its farming gameplay.

I'm interested in more games about living a life of a simple worker. Thinking of games about being a postman, pizza deliverer, taxi driver (probably will have to check out Crazy Taxi). No limits, maybe except for s cooking game, unless it's really, really good. The game doesn't need to be a simulation, just fun and engaging.

Probably a weird request, but maybe someone likes this subgenre too and can help?

No survival games like Don't Starve etc. though.

Anyone else spend way more time browsing games than playing them, and even when you do download games, only play for a few minutes?

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 01:47 AM PDT

I feel like these days I'm just searching for new and really good games that I can continue to play for a long time, but I just get tired of any new game I find. I browse the play store for hours and download ones that I think look fun, then go through one by one playing them just to realize I don't really like it. There are a few games that I remember I enjoyed playing, but don't have a craving for. I need a game that I can play longterm cause I'm in the korean army and theres nothing to really do.

Here are the games I found enjoyable and still very occasionally play if you want to see my tastes (in no order)

slay the spire, magic survival, antimatter dimensions, phantom rose, shattered pixel dungeon, soul knight / otherworld legends, tft, btd6, clash royale, coc, castle defense online, smash legends, play together, kittens game, snkrx, evoland 2, the bonfire 2, downwell, and dont starve.

    thanks

What do you think about a tower defense but with only one main tower ? The tower is customizable and there are others options to help to defend.

[REQUEST] Looking for a good collecting game

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 08:17 AM PDT

Not one of those RPG ones, I get bored with them very easily. I just want something where you play and build a collection, without pay-to-win. It can be any theme, just something to keep me entertained for long hours.

    Any RTS game recommendations?

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 07:54 AM PDT

I'm not talking about games like BTD or very unoriginal games with look and play like each other, with only change being made are graphics. For reference point I would use northgard and they are billions

Serious crashing problem on Call of Duty

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 09:43 AM PDT

Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this and knows a proper fix? Because this game crashes in 3-5 minutes no matter what I do. Yes my phone is up to date running android 11. Yes the app is up to date. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, I have cleared the cache several times. Non of those typical things have fixed the problem at all. When I launch the game it will 100% crash in 3 to 5 minutes even if I sit at the main menu and do nothing it will crash or start playing a match, it will crash, or start br it will crash. And I don't mean the initiation of starting something, the matches start like normal and the game runs completely fine for 3 minutes then it will positively crash everytime. Sorry for being redundant but I am frankly pissed off and sick and tired or dealing with this. I've tried to get the game running for months, I've reached out to support and received nothing yet. I turned down the graphic settings to low even though my phone can totally run this game max settings and it will still crash. Can anyone give me advice? OnePlus 8 Pro.

How about puzzle combined with shooter?

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 07:56 AM PDT

    Something like Elevate.

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 07:41 AM PDT

    Hello,
Recently you helped me with space games and I got Battleship Apollo which I still play but I wanna have something to exercise my brain so a bunch of those puzzles, memory, brain games. I tried to Elevate game and it is too damn pay2play. I have Sudoku and LiChess of course but I realize that because of my daytime I can mostly play something like that.
    Please help.
    I have 3 things I need:
    1. Regular updates (I mean that last update was at least 2-3 months ago and not in 2019.)
    2. If there is a payment option no problem but only if there isn't a subscription. One time payment is perfect.
    3. To be able to play offline.

Evolution of Shadow fight games 2011 - 2020

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 06:50 AM PDT

Looking for a quick 1 to 2 minute competitive game that I can play back and forth with my buddies and we don't Necessarily have to be online at the same time.

    Posted: 18 Sep 2021 05:28 PM PDT

I have a friend who loves gaming but just doesn't have much time anymore. Want to find a fun game we can play back and forth on our phones. Bonus if it can be done throughout the day and not have to be connected at the same time. Maybe something with a weekly leaderboard. I want the game or match to take 1 to 3 minutes tops. So Wild Rift is out of the question. Pokemon Go works but have to be at the same place and the same time. Angry Birds with Friends might work, but I want something more fun than that. Scrabble and board games like that are too boring for him.

I made a Idle RPG for Android called New Life [Dev]

This is a Idle RPG made by me using Unity, it's now available on playstore for Free, check it out and let me know what you think.

    https://reddit.com/link/pqwih3/video/ct3ig3execo71/player

    The game has:

    Monster To Kill

    Ores To Mine

    Fish To Catch

And Again Fish To Cook and Eat

Forging ( Use The Resources you collected to make yourself a weapon)

The game still needs some balancing, so let me know if you face any issues.

    [REQUEST] Any non-"free" crafting/shop games?

    Posted: 18 Sep 2021 02:00 PM PDT

I'm a huge fan of the crafting/shop game genre, from Recettear and Swords & Potions to the mode modern Shop Heroes / Shop Titans. But... I hate their business model and I hate the gameplay consequences of their business model.

I'm absolutely willing to pay money for something, but I'm so totally done with the standard monetization style of these games. Overpriced bullshit structured around FOMO and throwing arbitrary roadblocks at the player unless they pony up money, gross.

Does anyone have recommendations for games in the genre that don't go that? Obviously given what I specifically don't want to see, it's likely that the game would be offline and single-player, but I wouldn't be that surprised to see one that has an online side or is fully online, and that would be fine so long as it's structured around a one-time payment and not begging me for money constantly.

[DEV] I made a casual action RPG inspired by Fruit Ninja

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 04:49 AM PDT

So basically in this game you play as an orb of light that can slash through the screen to defeat different monsters. I also added different ways of attacking inspired by other games like Archero for example, in order for players to develop different fun play styles.

Since I work alone and this is my first relatively large-scale project, I would really appreciate your opinions about the game, from the gameplay mechanics to the graphics and sound effects.

Here's the link to the game on Google Play. Hope you guys enjoy it! :)

    IAP that feel worth it?

    Posted: 19 Sep 2021 04:00 AM PDT

    Hi!

What are some games where you atleast get a slight feeling of great rewards by putting in money? For eg. Genshin Impact really feels like a waste to me. However, buying the monthly season pass seems decent for the rewards I get from it.

    Thank you!

Hello, In Evoland 2 when you go to the world map of the 80s retro style, the map has some vertical lines appearing when you walk. Is this a bug or a feature?
