Slide-out App Drawer [HELP]

Hey everyone, just dipping my toes into KLWP and I have the idea to build an app drawer to house my google apps (http://imgur.com/a/IdUFvvy) that will slide in and out on swipe from edge of screen.

I have no idea how to accomplish this, and I'm hoping the community can provide some good resources to reference.

Icons used are mostly compacticon pack, with some randomly sourced online.

So yeah guys I'm looking for a kwgt widget because I'm tired stretching all the way up, phones are getting bigger and bigger, and my hands are becoming smaller and smaller, so it's impossible to stretch all the way up. Yeah I tried bottom quick settings, it was great but I have a lot of notifications so I won't be able to see all of my notifications scrolling all the way up finding the right notification.

Notisave is really good, but kwgt is faster for seeing notifications.

So which is better
