Resource to find/sort ACTUAL new games?

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 06:50 AM PST

Tired of seeing "new" games that have been available in a faux beta for over a year. I just want to see actual games that have been recently released sorted by date. Are there any external resources that can show this?

    [Giveaway] Promo Codes for IAP

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 12:09 PM PST

    Hey y'all,

We generated a bunch of promo codes for Merchant for giveaways and support email responses that we didn't end up using. They expire on Dec 31st, so I figure we might as well put them to good use. These are one time use, so its a first come, first serve. I'll post them in batches in the comments. Let us know in replies if you get one.

Also, if any other devs want to join in the fun, feel free to post any promo codes you have in the comments

Happy Holidays and here's hoping 2021 is a better year!

Please help, looking for something kinda specific

    Posted: 25 Dec 2020 07:49 PM PST

Googling/poking around has been pretty fruitless..

I'm looking for a city builder, however I'd like something with more of a medieval/fantasy setting, with more emphasis on economic management vs PVP/combat (or the freedom to choose), with some freedom to build at will (place buildings/structures where you want). Preferably with an online component

I've tried many, most notably Frostborn and The Bonfire 2. Frostborn was a little too PVP focused for my taste (though great!) while Bonfire was exceptionally close but lacks the online aspect (also great, but a little short)

I'm tired of wading through microtransaction shovelware, if anyone has some ideas of where to look I'd greatly appreciate it. I don't mind micros or timers in themselves, but I'm tired of games that basically give you 2 hours of tutorial for free then make you wait days (plural) at a time to do literally anything

Which games have you grabbed from the holiday season sale?

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 08:55 AM PST

I want to buy games with boxing day sales, but my play pass is active so I can only download them non permanently for free. I don't want to miss the boxing day sales

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 09:32 AM PST

So I got the free trial, but I cancelled it, and I want to buy a bunch of games while I can do it with the boxing day sales, but it doesn't give me the option to actually buy it, only get it for free with my play pass subscription, which is ending in January, by which time the sales will no longer be in effect. So pretty much, I can only buy them, for a limited amount of time for free, and they will expire in 3 weeks, and I cant buy them permanently on sale, because of play pass.

    Any open world games?

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 08:03 AM PST

So I have been searching for good open world car based games like Forza Horizon series, I have tried car parking multiplayer but I don't like it, as people there know nothing about cars.

Looking for a game i used to play

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 05:50 AM PST

It was long time ago so sorry if its a vague description. It was a gang/mafia type game where you buy guns and go in 1v1 standoffs in first person view, shooting the other player/bot. It was kinda cartoonish and I cant seem to find it anywhere.

[REQUEST] Looking for specific kind of game

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 09:16 AM PST

Hey all, I have recently started playing the idle game, "Party Clicker", and it reminded me, how much I like sexy girls, that act like they are sexy, but aren't necessarily nude (they might wear sexy make up I guess). So I wanted to hear if any of you all know any games with girls like that? It doesn't have to be f2p games, and genre doesn't matter either :)

Looking for multiplayer games that are engaging, crossplay between ios/android would be fantastic.

    Posted: 25 Dec 2020 07:49 PM PST

My wife and I played hayday years ago and just burnt out on it. Due to her not being a competitive/tactical gamer something of the same nature would be great. Are there any options that you can suggest for a very casual gamer that has multiplayer coop with the possibility of cross-platform play as well? Cross-platform isn't a necessity due to having multiple android devices, but it would be great if possible. Thanks for any help and suggestions.

[REQUEST] Free MMORPGs with a good story?

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 08:18 AM PST

I've been looking into mobile multiplayer RPGs and have only played two so far.

I played Toram Online for about a month or two, but the grind was just too much for me past a certain point. I'm not opposed to grinding, but if the process is boring and starts feeling like a chore instead of an engaging game, then my brain checks out.

I also tried Adventure Quest 3D recently, seemed up my alley at first, but I already wasn't a big fan story-wise. The animations and choice of sound effects just completely pulled me out of it, I'm sure it has a cool story but its awkward delivery made it personally hard for me to sit through. Heck I could even take a stale story and art design so long as it has good delivery.

Also, Character customization is a must for me, not being able to make my own character is the one thing keeping me from Genshin Impact lol. Its partly what turned me off from Adventure Quest 3D, not because it doesn't have character customization, but the dialogue it gave my character sorta took away from the projected personality I wanted to give them myself, which sorta ties back into me wanting a good story/good writing.

In case it isn't clear I'm pretty new to mobile gaming, I don't have a gaming phone or anything so I can't run interesting games like Sky Children of the Light unfortunately.

Heard World of Kings/Dragon Raja were cool but get super p2w in their late games so I passed there.

    Recommendations would be super appreciated!

PS4 Controller recognized as "Generic X-box pad""

    Posted: 26 Dec 2020 04:43 AM PST

So I have a PS4 Controller and it get's recognized as "Generic X-box pad", it also shows Xbox Controller Hints in games instead of PS4 Controller Hints in games. Is there a way to to somehow make my phone recognize it as a PS4 Controller? (My phone is rooted, so it doesn't matter if it requires root or not.) That would probably also fix the R-Stick Drift, since it would use the PS4 .kl file, which has a different deadzones than "Generic X-box pads".

Edit: I'm on OneUi 2.0, Android 10. My device is a Galaxy A40 from Samsung (SM-A405FN). And in Gamepad Tester it says "Generic X-box pad".
